I have done a lot of performance updates, you should be able to run it on half a potato now :D EDIT: Fatal content error: Check your graphics card, If your computer is not using your GPU, then it is more than likely using an on board graphics card(that does not support shaders).If you have a graphics card then (check for the latest drivers from the manufacture of the GPU) or (Check what plug in you have the monitor plugged into) if the monitor is not plugged into your graphics card, then plug the monitor into the graphics card, and reboot your pc.
