Has anyone else been having trouble fighting in Triangle Land since the recent updates? I'm level 1750, with over 21000 attack/defense, best weapons and armor available, and I used to be able to fight there with a lot of knockback, power attacks, and potions, but now I can barely fight a triangle dummy without dying! Has something really changed that much?
I imagine this game would be very fun to play...if I was allowed to pick someone to play against. As it stands, I wait for about an hour until someone near my level decides to show up and the auto-matching system lets me challenge them. Not to mention how how it makes it to get the badges...
What a waste of a good game.
Adding another voice to the chorus, even though it's clear there won't be any fixes made. The game relies far too heavily on luck, especially when you're suppoesed to make it through so many levels. It's far too easy to find yourself in an unwinnable situation through no fault of your own, and that's a huge no-no in most video games where skill should be able to win out against the random number generator in most cases. Game would certainly be more fun with a save system, more reliable means of getting helpful tiles, ways to clear out bad tiles or misclicks, among many other needed features.
@mattman (and Tukkun, I guess): So I should only have to press enter after entering test into the Super Microphone's dialog box? Cause I've pressed enter plenty and nothing happened. Bug, broke, something wrong with my end, or what? Also, I hear for Still doing it? you have to click the button 100k times. I'd clicked over 120k times before the achievement was added, but I didn't get it. Do I need to click 100k more, is it bugged, or was the number underreported?
I've got the item for the fake news equipped and typed something in...but I can't figure out how to make it work beyond that. I pressed enter after typing, clicked around everywhere, etc. What obvious action am I missing to make it work?
The Stadium bonus works fine. I've gotten about 100 ability points or more from it over the past few days (since this new bonus system was added). The chances are exceedingly low though. You've just been very unlucky, and I've been lucky (lv 16 stadium bonus, got another 16 points a few hours ago).
@dolton v1061 seems to have things back to normal stadium wise. My button mashing skills finally work again!
Thank you so much Tukkun for fixing the fix of the fix of the fix. You're one of the hardest working devs I've seen on this site, and it's for an idle game of all things. :D
Was the stadium really fixed? There used to be a time I could easily button mash and maintain my max speed, but with each update it seems I mash harder for less results, and this is after adding about 70 ability points to my stats! Is something up here? I'm the kind of person who can do Metal Gear Solid button mashing segments on Extreme, it can't be me, can it?
Feels more like a Random Number Generator with a GUI than a game. My mind says it knows me and the computer have equal odds, but when the computer gets 2 or more +1500 free rolls every game for 20 games in a row while I get nothing, it ceases to be fun and becomes a grind for badges.
