Not bad, especially for a first game. it is quite relaxing. except for the menu, in which i was lost and annoyed at due to the buttons not working well. but nice, not Really a music game, there is not really any interaction with music, but it is very calming.
really the Idea of it is good. It is a tetris styled game in which you must buy blocks in order to use them. Now jamesblade29 brings up a good point, you could Make this Really unique and somehow twist in a part in which you must collect individual blocks, at the beginning, while on your way to the Block Smith, have the Block Smith make you some tetris blocks, and then play a level of tetris. Repeat. then use money to upgrade your guy while collecting blocks or buying Unique blocks at the Merchant in which you might see every... 5 lvls. that might be more interesting to people.
I have to agree with some other comments, although Canabalt was a fun game, and Graphicly amazing, it did not start the genre of run and jump 2d surviving platformer, nor did dino run, but dino run is in that catagory the feel and the style is different but not the genre. also, dont sell yourself out, you sound like a pansy who doesnt want to be criticized, and that's not how it works.
This is definatly a great idea but I, as meny others think that with more buildings and more upgrades, as well as more commands and abilities, could make this an increadible game. one other idea is to be able to increase the accuacy to pin point. all of this would increase the stratagy needed, and a possible achevments board to make more addictive and playworthy.
