Don't sacrifice one Temple of the Monkey God for another; it essentially wastes your temple. And believe me, you don't want to find that out the hard way at wave 118...
You should really be able to see how much HP the boss has left. Right now i don't have a clue if I'm close to beating her or still miles away and wasting my time...
