If you place barricades right on the edge where a wave is coming, sometimes engineers will move right on top of them before destroying them. Had some of my puckle guns disable because of minimum range due to that...
Sorely needs an in-game timer. I'm trying to get the 'beat an easy level under 6 minutes' award but I have no idea how long it's taking me to beat the level.
If you want to infect the shielded craft, you have to knock out his shield first. You can see a small part of the ship sticking outside of the shield (top left corner of the ship). Shoot at that and the shield will disable.
The presentation and controls, etc., are good enough, but at the core of it I feel that the puzzles degenerate into a sort of 'can you guess what I'm thinking' sort of thing, which isn't what I'm looking for in a puzzle game.
Meh, can't be asked to go for the hard badge, too tedious... and yes, it IS a copy of Toss the Turtle. It's the SAME GAME, just with (slightly) different graphics and a nerd instead of a turtle. It brings nothing new to a 'genre' that was pretty stale to begin with.
Very fun game, and the music really drags you into it. Only major gripe is that I keep losing planes because they get too close to the edge of the map, and I physically cannot select their movement icon. All I can do is watch them fly off and automatically die. Very frustrating.
4/5 otherwise.
Some fun edutainment, but I'm a little surprised at the selection of cities. I played for a little over an hour straight and not once did a city from Russia come up :x
This game would be ten times better if it had a zoom feature so you could click a little closer.
