the shooter itself is nice. but the "search simulator" around it gives me headaches. 2/5, could actually be a 4/5 w/o these already brain-eaten groupmembers...

Hmmm, something is wrong with the search party mechanics? The 'Chance to go unnoticed' works fine, but the 'survival chance' is not. Seems like everytime I send a large search party they get spotted and wiped out for sure? I've to resort to sending small search parties instead.

This game hurts my hands and strains my eyes. Poor design. Also boring. Not good for people with carpal tunnel. Get rid of the zombie corpses between days. They make the field look ugly. The survivor mechanics are terrible. They constantly die like they are retarded or something. Give me a chance to play as them or give them my spare weapons or something. They should not die like flies. They can only die like flies if I am playing am some kind of zombie killing jesus demigod fellow. All in all, very forgettable. Camera angle needs some serious redesign.

Keep having less then 15% chance to be found, with more then 50% chance to survive (Can't give precise numbers as I didn't record them). Keep having multiple people die. Makes the game rather hard and not as fun when people keep dying even though the odds say they shouldn't or at least not as often (full group of 2's and 3's and yet three of them die just doesn't seem right). With the game being based so much on what happens when you search, people really need to die less often.

I may have started of terrible, but I never quieted and survived with a full batch of survivors (including the cat). The military came on Day 30 as usual, I survived until Day 55. After the military came, I decided to complete and explore the rest of the map. From Days 52-55, I grew bored and started taking everyone out and become a lone wolf, and survived with the cat at my side. I survived the last four days with only explosives, all upgrades, and a crossbow. This is so far the best zombie first person survival shooter I have played yet. I find it combines ideals from my two other favorites, Last Stand and Rebuild. If anyone reads this, congrats on making it through. It may have had its difficulties, but there is no perfect game. This though, this is a fine, addictive, and enjoying game to play. Maybe even tell in the comment how long you survived. Me: 55 Days. Now onto the next game...

General premise is excellent. However, I went through 8 areas in a row while finding no survivors. Meanwhile my survivors are dying nearly every time. And thats with the radio signal added. Needs desperate fixing.

survivors die way to easily later on and the later weapons aren't that good. I used the Remington and M4 for the whole game. Recoil is to big on any non precision weapon to be useful

Please make the corpses dissapear after a while, it gets really hard to spot some of them in the heat of the moment! Awesome game, like Storm Ops, can't wait for the next 5/5.

Less than 20% chance for survivors to be seen? Check. More than 80% chance to survive if they are? Check. At least one dies pretty much every day? ....check? Wait, what?

The undead has been attacking my homestead for 4 weeks. They only seem to attack the East side. The rest of the house is completely unguarded.

I like this game, especially the FPS-defense aspect. However, I think there are points open for improvement.
Here are some suggestions:
Looting/survivor system - instead of dying/missing, give them an injured status which you can heal them by using the time currency.
Inactive survivors - Add a fifth role-slot for survivors, make it boost the group's morale.
Guns/Ammo/Upgrades - When I find a weapon, I will usually not use it since you don't need something else. Give the player the ability to upgrade their weapons, or even add an ammo system.
Fence - it gets very irritating when a bullet-spongey zombie (old lady with blue hat) soak up damage and get away with it, make the player able to shoot them behind the fence. Replace the wall with a chain-link fence or something similar.
Dead Zed bodies - the bodies should disappear, the yard was pretty much covered with blood and dead bodies.
Overall the game is pretty good.
Last thing, I don't think the tag "upgrades" belongs here...

To the people getting their search parties killed: try to get as much melee as possible on it but never more than 4 people. To the people having difficulty aiming: try using weapons with single fire mode.(AUG,AK47,SCAR), get a personal assistant ASAP it will help a lot. Floodlights will be very helpful too during the night. I dont mean to brag, but I beat the game on my 1st try and I hope this helps. I really enjoyed this game and I think its remarkable how you managed to code a FPS in flash without making us lag.5/5

Why does this game has to be in such a small window? Please developers, make a bigger game window, please. (Or even fullscreen)

Hmmm i'm at day 60, i think about 3 Zed's made it to the house(over the entire game).I got the feeling after day 40 it just stopped getting harder....

Such a disappointing game. You do 10 maps, barely pick up 1 weapon, lose your crew all the time, get to use crappy unprecise weapons...

very good game, maybe your survivors die off too easily, also needs option to switch off music while leaving the sound on

if someone has a 3 search, they should have a higher chance of searching undetected instead of someone with a 1 or 2 search
otherwise I enjoy the game

Ok, so this game was pretty good and fairly easy - I only had 3 zombies get through the whole game - but my survivors dying so much pissed me off. I had FIFTEEN survivors die over a span of 5 days, which meant I found nothing over the final 7 days. Also, you are pretty much forced to use the grenade launcher.

The field quickly becomes too cluttered with corpses. I'd suggest having them rot away after a few rounds. Also, I think it'd be cool to have a 5% chance per second that any corpse more than half the maximum distance from the house reanimates. I only lost two survivors the whole game - it's all about smart team building. It would be nice to actually be able to use some of the supplies you gather... like, equipping your various survivors. I never once found full auto fire useful on any gun, never used rage, and never even had to repair the house. I do like the idea of "time" as a currency, but rather than spending it on upgrades it should simply count down until the next wave; make scavenged supplies be used to upgrade/purchase things and make morale have more effect so that deciding how to spend supplies becomes a more strategic aspect... 4/5
