1. Stiching is counter intuitive, I've managed mostly by accident. It could use a direction marker, same as the scalpel and such.
2. would make less mistakes, if items stayed in the same place in the inventory, not get mixed up after using each tool.
3. hard more? one where the nurse doesn't interrupt with dialogue, and that flashing yellow circle doesn't annoy the hell out of the player? Cause tho fun, this seemed to be a tutorial.

i broke my arm the same and the doctor was like ooh lets take a xray and lets stretch and twist your arm until you freacking cry then tell you its over and twist it again bad experience (my arm was like the first xray in the beggining)

they have really up-graded the game but how come this one hasn't got hard mode and how can a person die from a broken arm, bad story line oh, and one more thing there would be WAY more blood than that...WHERES THE BOOLD!!!!

10:00pm patient comes into hospital holding arm in pain. *picks up leg X-ray* Nurse-umm doc i think we need to repair her arm..." doc-SHUT THE FCK UP IF I SAY SHE HAS A FRACTURED LEG SHE HAS A FRACTURED LEG! *smashes leg with hammer* nurse-o3o. doc-hmmm, lets do surgery. looks like we need to remove that leg. nurse-Remove the leg??? sir i dont think... doc-SILENCE BCH! NOW HAND ME THE SAW BEFORE I BEAT U INTO A COMA! nurse-ok ok ok ok ok. *retrieves saw* *saws off leg* doc- now lets wait for the drugs to wear off. 11:00pm patient-AAAAHHHHHHHH WHAT HAPPEND TO MY LEG!?!?! AND WHY AM I IN SO MUCH PAIN! doc- the opperation was a success! your leg was successfully removed :P. patient-BUT I HAD A BROKEN ARM! MY LEG WAS FINE! doc-SILENCE! that'll be $15,000. Nurse- I want a raise...

whoa that was dramatic just think if i hadn't interviend the lady would of died of a broken arm... although the nuse could of done it all herself since she was the one telling me what to do...

Now doctor just remove the string...gently....gently...gently....we don't want any string getting in her! Now use this industrial electric screwdriver to drive these screws in her arm. It won't hurt a bit.

In my opinion, a plaster cast tends to work as well as cutting open the patient's arm, ignoring the bleeding vessels, moving the nerves, drilling a plate INTO the bone with screws, and then stitching it back up. And we wonder WHY the patient was dying...
