not bad but very easy, juggling the qualities around was a nice idea but how are speed and agility really that much different and strength and def seem to overpower speed and agi by a long way.

Like NanoWar, but far more engaging. Loved the whole thing, but I'm kind of suprised that the ending didn't say "you killed off mankind" or something :P

@pkedpker
there are some level with bonus cell like REPx2
in these levels, yuo can change your genoma, add some bonus to the def and some malus to the REP. all here
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
way to easy just grab the x2 reproduction and x2 strength cells before the comps do and its pretty much an auto win. doesn't matter what you upgrade really..

how is this too easy for people? im having a rediculously hard time. it took forever to beat the first level, now im on the last level of the second set, and i cant beat it
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
at first, it is a challenge. if u want to get how to play read the directions first-surprisingly helpful.. but you get so overpowered by the end
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
all i did was this (works on every level ive beat so far, meaning to the first level of metazoa dead. As much reproduction and srtength as possible. just attack the enemy starting place, you will attack, and instantly have 100 again :) just keep attacking everything like the germ machine gun you are.

The game stutters a lot and misses input because of it...despite using less than 5% CPU. This gets frustrating quickly, even though the game itself isn't difficult.

Well, I never failed a level. I found the game way too easy.
This is an amazing game. The upgrades add so much to it.
Now to all those saying, "Too similar to Nanowars," Nanowars was NOT the first game to use this concept. I played a Java game that was exactly like Nanowars 7 years before Nanowars came out. And it was capable of multiplayer too. It's a shame it's no longer being hosted :-( It was called "intergalactics". Well, certainly long post. I'm giving it a 4/5.

the AI is too weak. they capture new colony too slow. what u need to do is to capture all new colony first (dont mind your base being captured) after all new colony are captured, recapture those colony u lost. of course, u should focus on reproduction*2 and strength*2 first and leave those def*2 the last to break

I must say that this game its fun...
But its way too short...
Needs more levels and a bit more of a challenge
Probably a dificulty choose option, no?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Strength, defense, and reproduction. Agility and speed aren't nearly as important, especially towards the end when many cells are speed x2.

Kind of liked the concept, a lot like nano wars in idea, like the stat modifing. However it seemed kind of short and if made longer could use a save feature. 4/5

It did get a little easy as time went on, but it was still quite entertaining. Despite the difficulty (or lack thereof), I'm giving this a 5/5
Great game :)

although its a copy of nano war but still, it has some new features which nano war doesnt have, so we cant say that its a bad one.

I basically put as much points as possible into everything BUT agility (it is useless).
Victory was easy on every level.
On of the most important things you can do to win is be aggressive. At the very beginning, capture as many empty cells as you can. It doesn't matter if you only have around 2 cells in there, as the reproduction from all your captured cells will help even the match.
Also make sure you go for empty cells in this order: Strength, Reproduction, Defense, Speed, and Normal.
Strength cells kick major butt when it comes to attacking AND reinforcing.
Reproduction cells are hard to lose, and are great for attacking and reinforcing.
Defense cells are good cells to have incase stuff screws up.
Speed cells aren't that useful, but still better than normal.

After the dark level, aim for the highest strength and reproduction values you can get. Makes the game beyond easy into the realm of boring.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Pretty well implemented but way too easy. All you have to do is spam attacks to every empty cell ASAP, outproduce and win easily.
Not just too easy early; too easy if you've ever played this type of game before. The AI is slow as molasses!
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
awesome game, but the AI should get better later in the game
once you max out REP you are pretty much Jesus, just sexier

Beat the game without losing a level. Towards the end my virus was obviously far more powerful than the computer's and the computer doesn't have much strategy so there was no challenge at all.
