Very nice looking game but as mentioned, needs a bit of work. Gold takes a while to earn so speinding 1k on a second chance only to die a few seconds later seems like a waste, maybe make it as an upgrade. Also 1 or 2 hearts would be nice when tripping over something, not saying anything about the pitchfork guy and horse, those are pretty leathal! Would be great if you implement some of this, the game ahs great potential

This is a great start to a game but there needs to be a few things changed.
1. There is too much going on at once with the jumping and sliding, looking at the trees, enemies and shooting.
2. There should be a story implemented which will make there be a goal to work towards.
Keep up the great work, with these change the game would be great!

It's not bad, but like wattro said it should be more fluid. The fact that you have three lanes only (possibly more later, I haven't played long) makes the game feel clunky, as does the fact that you can't change direction in midair. The upgrades also don't feel incredibly satisfying. I'd like one to improve your jumping in some way, so you can clear two obstacles either with longer jumps or double jumps.

I don't know if I'm the only one having this problem, but if you turn off the sound and music in game, the music still starts playing again when you go into the upgrade menu, and you have to turn the music on and back off to make it go away. Kind of annoying if you're listening to something else while playing the game.

i would like it more if it was more fluid. i appreciate the effort that went into it, but i think more of a free-running feel would be awesome.

I like it. I notice when I crash into barrels or crates, the reaction of "hitting" the obstacle is delayed. I see I ran into it, think I got away with it, then the falling over. Not a huge issue, just a little something I saw.

i had a scores of 6k and 2k and nether of them are on the leader boards that i went to slide under a ladder and it said i hit it anyway

When opening the game it is asking if I would like to erase the data... I haven't played yet and it will not let me past that screen
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
It would be nice if before i started running for the first time it would tell me what my goal was, and what the coins are and upgrades are! Kinda like a tutorial! That would help with confusion!

Whenever i crash, the continue buttons wont work. I know this game is in beta, but this is something that shouldn't even happen

The first time I had ever fallen out of my chair laughing was also the first time I figured out that a lycan can be defeated by a brick wall

Early game opinion: Honestly my favorite game like this i have ever played
there are a few problems in the early game.
1. There is no "real" character you are on the run, so what, it lacks to tell you the who, the why, or the what.
2. Sound track makes my ears bleed after 7 minutes.
3.the game makes you dizzy after 25 seconds (which could be okay if you say something like your vision is fading and everything is becoming hazy)
honestly after about 25 minutes of me playing (and failing) i think it is a pretty dang good game! just keep working :D

I feel like the game has a decent concept...and there are a few suggestions so far that are good. I'd recommend adding another song or two that shuffles through for the run so we don't have to hear the EXACT same song over and over and over again...

Found a glitch - If you hold the jump button, you can jump into the middle of a pile of barrels or boxes and jump right back out.

I really like the idea and everything of this game, but please.. please.. PLEASE.. do something about the floor pattern.. Ive never palyed game that made me so dizzy.. I agree that a reason were running would be nice but i dont find it necessary. The guns are kinda cool but i mean.. why are they here? its so hard to focus on dodging obsticals when your looking off to the side for a tiny poster to shoot. another thing is that they are really really easy to miss, especially if your using a mousepad.
Overall i like the game though and im excited to see it completed. :)

this game needs some work but i think it could be good. some of my issues is the upgrades need to either do more or be substantially cheaper, i think there needs to be some invincible frames after you De-transform there has been a lot of times were i had left lycan mode and instantly hit something i broke though in lycan form . the slide animation is WAY to long making almost impossible to slide then jump, the guns just seem thrown in with no real purpose, one think that needs to be added in is why the heck am i running i get this is a beta but just a little something would be nice. i do believe if you make some change this game could be really really fun but for now i will give it a 2/5 and i am looking forward to a complete game

The death animations lag, letting you move an extra space (or three) before dying, also, I would recommend you change the ground, the tiles kind of hurt my eyes since you have so many lines going in every direction at once, it certainly doesn't help with the concentration. Also, an explanation or story of some kind would be nice to explain why the heck some random lycan girl is running when nobody seems to be chasing her. Or why she isn't coordinated enough to I don't know, say- vault the crates, or jump on top of them, or swing on the lamp posts or push people out of the way when she can slide and jump just fine.

Cool idea, but there's just too much going on. Having to keep an eye on the sidelines for stuff to shoot at and having to watch out for obstacles at the same time makes my head hurt.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I would very much like to be able to move left AND jump instead of moving left THEN jumping, I don't want to have to wait half a second before I can jump simply because a lot of the time you don't have half a second to wait. Also slide animation is way too long. Suggestion: change the slide obstacles to the targets that you have to shoot, this way you still keep the guns, and since the gun animation is much faster than the slide animation you wont end up sliding under something and not having enough time to dodge or jump the next obstacle. Last quirk with this game: The upgrades are really bad for how much they cost, same with consumables. Either give better upgrades or lower the cost a little so I don't have to farm Diablo style to get them. 2/5 (awaiting full game with hopeful improvements).

I think this game is meant to be difficult 42nd_hitchhiker though i see your reasoning I'm using a touch pad and haven't really played much so I'm not the best person to comment about this however I'm just telling my opinion.

It has potential but it needs way better upgrades for money and tasks. Also controls need to become sharper if we are to get through really tight obstacles.

Mute button does not work fully, after you mute anything go to the upgrade page, it will unmute the game untill u remute it

Feels like too much of another typical Temple Run clone with a few minor tweaks here and there, also a gripe I noticed is after passing a crate/barrel, if you move left/right to get in front of it AFTER you passed it, it seems it registers as though you hit it.

It definitely has potential. I like the format. So close to at least a 4 star game. Need: A little more variation. Don't just say, "See in game tutorial", put the instructions over there, it's not hard. I still have no idea how to shoot the guns. It's not something obvious like Space or RFVC keys. See if you can sharpen the controls a bit. There feels like there's a bit of lag from the time you hit a key to the time she does something. Very tiny, but noticeable when things get hectic. The upgrades need some revamp. I do look forward to the finished product. Good job so far, good luck!

What in-game tutorial? I have no idea what's going on... and as others have asked, what's the storyline here? What is she running from/to? Is it just... "You stole something, run!" o.O
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
it seems like there should be some kind of a story even if its a ridiculously simple one. it would be nice to have something to show distance and progress on the three side missions. the hit box seems to be a little off and the controls are a little bit laggy. a quality change option would be really good too, but my computers a piece of crap anyhow. shooting the wanted posters is an interesting part of the game adds in a bit of multitasking skill. its an easy game to pick up and play.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
good graphics, would make a sweet ipod/phone/pad game, but as it stands, its not too great... beta for a reason, i guess. only real issue for me is the targets...
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I am finding the controls to be a little off. The avatar keeps jumping over two panals with one arrow push which constantly gets you killed. It seems worse with wasd then the arrow keys. Get this fixed, but past that seems like a decent enough game
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
none of the upgrades feel all that rewarding, I can't find any reason to keep playing this after the first 10 minutes.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
The hit detection really needs to be worked on, I've been hit too many times from either jumping to the side before hitting an object (will have moved to the other lane already) or jumping to the lane after the object passes.

Pretty fun runner game, I find that somewhere after about 5.5k I am unable to move my character to the far right. I can still move between far left and center but no further than that, I have tested this with both control schemes, maybe something to look into? Otherwise very fun!
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
A story behind the game is nice, perhaps label cities the character runs through in a map to show progress? Anyway, i loved becoming a lycan. My head is spinning from all of the things on the screen whenever i have to shoot though.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I would suggest either moving the runner back some to the bottom of the screen for more reaction time definitely and if possible try to move the viewingarea out a bit. Zoom out so to speak. If possible I mean. So that we can see a bit more of the screen.

Another is when I'm running thorugh the city and there is a ladder running from left to right. It's right after a shop passes on the left lane. There are boxes right after the ladder that, if you slide under in the middle lane, you would end up hitting because of the long length of the slide animation. If you try to slide from the left lane then you hit the ladder because you can't get into the left lane fast enough after the shot passes. If you try to go around it on the right lane then you have to jump just right because there is a shop right there that forces you to jump to the mid lane right after the ladder passes. (I know that these aren't actually inescapable situations but these are some of the more common places that I die).

When running thorugh the city portions I sometimes find myself in an inescapable situation. One is when a carrage comes through and there is a shop on the left that you cant yet see. If you jump to the left and the carrage passes then you will end up running into the shop.
