Dear Developers,
what I find interesting, is that the mission timer does not decreases, even my ships are faster and faster as I upgrade the truster tech's. I think that would be a good idea to accumulate the ships speed into the timer, therefore the game would be a bit faster, and a lot of discontented gamer would be happier. Am I right? Also, I agreed with tommy9512, the upgrades in the energy tech's should be taken (at least some) affect on the energy related buildings- solar plant, nuke plants, solar sat's.

Having played three other Universes from this company over a period of 2.5 years, I would NOT recommend this game, or in fact ANY game, from Blue Frog Gaming to anyone. The problem is it's a very long-term strategy game, and BFG keep changing the fundamental gameplay with no warning. That's not good when you've spent 2 years building an account just to see it turn all but useless overnight as the game changes beyond recognition. Added to that, Blue Frog Gaming keeps adding overpowered premium items that can only be purchased, not built in-game. The original game I'd give 4/5 to, but the current version of it from BFG is zero stars. If this kind of game tempts you, check out O-Game instead. It's all but identical in gameplay as Stardrift is based on Starfleet Commander, which is itself a direct clone of O-Game.

Yeah, it doesn't have a picture for me either. My guess is that it's just because either A. They don't have a picture for it yet since it is new or B. They have a picture for it but they failed to insert it into the game properly and thus it does not work.

At first I thought "ugh, another click and wait game", and I was prepared to abandon it the first moment I got. I'm glad I didn't - this has more depth than most other click n'waits, and lots of easy-to-follow guides and missions without shoving it in your face (ie. "Do this!" "Now, do this!" with the boxes taking up the entire screen and not letting you see what the control pannel looks like), the interface is easy enough to navigate around, and the graphics/artwork are amazingly well drawn and designed. Lots of effort went into this game, I can tell you this. Give it a try before you write it off, you might just really enjoy this game.

A lot of people wright this off as "just another one of those point and click games" but that's not necessarily true. This game has some more depth to it with how you can join an alliance, form a strategy to attack various people, and things of that nature. Also the idea of inter-galactic conquest is kind of nice XD

why is it that EVERY action on this game leads to a new page?! why can't i just click the back button once and go back to the kong homepage?! it's so annoying how i have to go back thru around 30 pages of stardrift just to go back to kong! FIX NEEDED URGENTLY!

Tips: Guys try capturing another planet early so you can get boost resources + you wont get bored and say this is boring and its just another click and wait game like what other's said

the problem with this game is that if you're not a wallet warrior then it's going to take forever to build up anything... even lv1 solar array takes 2:30 (m:ss)! Empire Universe 2 was faster than this and that's saying something!

Great game i always like these games where you have to wait REAL hours to build something. But i think you should reduce time to the crap buildings where there is more value the longer than randomly just time it.

BlacksOpsWolf, i understand what you mean, but to ensure the "Fairness" factor, Kongregate won't allow players with high-powered accounts to dominate the game on Kong and end up screwing up the game for new players.

okay I don't understand, If my facebook and Kongregate accounts are supposed to be linked then how come my games don't carry over? This game as an example I already have an account through facebook but it's still trying to get me to start a new game. What gives?

Actually isnt all that bad tbh. Playing for free doesnt gimp you for all eternity and so long as you dont mind getting curbstomped every now and then because you forgot to send your fleet to safety overnight makes a nice little timewaster.

press the - icon if you think i'm better than you and i can kick your butt at anything because you play on the computer all day long and you have no like cause your addicted to games like this and spend all your money for stuff online to make yourself look cool, but your not cause later in your life you find out you spent all your money on a online game just to make yourself look cool.

put a browser game into kong? 1. it looks stupid. 2. we want flash games here, not browsergames 3. it realy looks stupid (just get some ads and get people to your mainpage)
