The mages are EXTREMELY overpowered They can EASILY defeat ANY type of enemy monsters. That's the weak point. Good thing we only have one of them.

I think it was fun at first but after a certain point the entire game just goes into spam all the bombs and rush the units down a line, I think it would be more fun (but harder to control) if you could have mixed lines..but then again the bomb spam wouldn't be addressed
overall 4/5

Excellent foundation, but still needs a lot of improvements. Needs more class variety, upgrades, etc. Would love to see a sequel.

the two melee units are soo OP... you just need to put them all in one spot (after raising unit cap twice) and click on them and they go "CHAAAAAAAAAARGE" and you one shoot the enemy position or at least almost kill it and then you can just repeat. Pretty fun game tough :) 5/5

I think the knights are a bit overpowered, if you get the caps too early and only upgrade their damage and defense they are basically invincible tanks.

Wish you could increase how many you spawn at once instead of repeatedly click, make it a skill maybe? Otherwise great game!

How can anyone have difficulty with the spearmen? They're easily the best unit. I could practically just spawn them and not use any abilities by the end.
Good game! A bit short.

beat game without any damage to myself heres how i done it:
purchase order: buy Ice bomb, Fire Bomb, Bertha, Regen, Cap, Cap.
Any skill up went into Push or attack if push isn't available. first 2 rounds put warrior top, spearmen mid and mage bottom. once you have a few different bombs(after 2nd round), see which row has the least enemies and attach this with 2 characters instead of one, you only need to kill last enemy not the castle itself. For the last boss i used knight, but really it was the bombs + fast regen that done all the work.

just spam you're guys in one place in the beginning and dash them all forward to reach the end. use bombs to clear the area and you'll easily win. with the mages a second group begind it will help to clear the path

I hate how you NEED to win, or a unit is much less effective against the next round's stronger enemies due to not having levelled up, thus creating a cascade of always losing with a certain unit because they couldn't fend off the last 4 rounds of enemies.

Not to say I haven't enjoyed the game, but with the min-maxing approach you're being given (essentially you only need to keep raising the mages ATK, knights DEF and spearmen PSH to win) the final boss seemed far too easy. If you're considering making a sequel - which I heartily request - please consider making it more of a challenge - maybe make the mobs level adjust to the type you're attacking it with? Deploying wizards when you've got spearmen on field, etc.
Gave it five stars, though. Will recommend.

Killer fun game. passed the time before bed absolutely. prove on it a bit more by allowing further upgrades, more campaign. That being said, better than I have made, which is jack nada. Pretty sweet, great work!

I feel like it would be more balanced if the mages and the spearmen had their specializations swapped. Attack damage is virtually worthless for mages, particularly since they're the only ones whose special ability makes them STOP MOVING.

Reminds me of a mini-game from a obscure Squaresoft RPG called Romancing Sega 3 in that you could also kill things by pushing them into their spawn zone (in fact one of the early puzzles requires you to do just that). Any ways if you get chance you could check that out for some inspiration for a sequel.

Loved it, 4/5. Would have been 5/5, but could be more expansive (if there's a sequel, using claytons advice and the devs own ideas, almost definitely a 5/5) One other idea is adding multiple classes into a battle, or giving the classes different movesets for when you click on them

A major flaw is that when a unit loses and falls behind, you've pretty much lost that unit because it just keep losing over and over. You need a better way to "train" units so that if you make a mistake, you don't have to start all over to keep them all even.

just a tip, but if you spawn all your men in the same spot you can focus your bombs and quickly rush all the levels, especially with the spearmen ability

When I first played, I made the mistake of thinking I found a loophole by crashing each gate as fast as I could by focusing on just one until it was destroyed. But then I discovered how bad an idea that was for the boss battle. Didn't have enough time to power up
