Even better than more flashing: ALTERNATING FLASHING 4 sets of colours to cycle through, one ball is on one, another ball on the second, wall on third, cursor on fourth. Every 30 secs they SWAP AT RANDOM wheeeeheeheeheehee!

ehhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh...... (more of me being mad at moving walls) I thought it would be easy... then the walls derped :P
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
the walls look alot like they are going into a position where the ball can go directly toward your mouse. THE WALLS ARE THE HEATSEEKERS!

The physic is amazing and realistic. Balls are just touching each other and bounce in the exact opposite direction. Like they would do in real life I guess.

Flashing lights and moving flashy objects... okay, maybe you aren't taking copious amounts of LSD. But moving walls? uh-oh.

Did you have to see a video to learn how to make a game, and is this your first game? or have you already created another one before this. if you have a link on how to make a game sorta like this then please reply. thanks :D

This game is really hard! On a rating of how hard this game was to make can you please tell me how hard it was for you to create this :) thank you.

A new seizure epidemic hits people across the kong on par with the pikachu crisis of almost, but not quite before my time.

Is this bugged or something? I'm not getting music, nor is there any game to it. Two balls fly off the screen, after that there aren't any more and the timer just keeps ticking up. I tried playing with the settings but it didn't change. Now I'm at 2 minutes by doing literally nothing. I've been writing the comment and waiting, mouse not even in the gamewindow.
Can you message me the specs for like your browser, version of flash, etc? Right now (at least for me) the game seems to be functioning properly. EDIT: Fixed (hopefully)

Great game, I especially like the flashiness. The only thing I dislike is that you aparently have to sell your soul to the devil to get a good score. Either that or I am just bad.

I know it's probably not very practical, but it would be fun if we could see a replay with a small circle representing where the cursor was.
That would be really hard to implement... I did have the cursor originally be a small 5px radius circle (which I later turned into the red collision markers) but the game got a bit too difficult, so I stuck to the original (1px x 1px) mouse cursor.

so had to create an account for this. good game but it is somewhat dissapointing that the balls just go in the opposing direction after a collision
Yeah that's basically physics engine working on this game, I found a little tutorial on a real physics engine with speed and velocity and all that stuff, and put it in the game, but occasionally it will cause the two lights to spin infinitely around in a circle and I haven't found a workaround for that scenario, so I reverted to just the basic switch of direction.

You could make the graphic effects unlockables, like seconds/score is used as currency, that you gain with each play. Add in the balls as soccer balls, being able to change the background colors, etc. Would still be pretty minimalist, but would add more replay value.
Nice ideas! Replay value currently is a problem, I agree. I'm probably going to have to rewrite all my code right now to implement these features, possibly in a Dodge Two sequel?

Being that I play a lot of Osu! this game is rather easy but still fun. Too bad after you get to about 140ish the walls can just suddenly close so small soooo fast that it is hard to react sometimes. Otherwise, fun little mini-game.
Thanks for the comment! Right now the walls' speed linearly increases as time increases, maybe I should make the walls speed grow not as fast once you get further into the game.

Wait under the tags this game is labeled as a five minute game, but I don't see how it is possible to get to five minutes?

Seems everyone here touched on what I would have, being one, (Epileptic). Think more on the lines of adding a color blind-mode option, this will omit flashing without ruining your game. 3/5 (room for improvement). -Marz
Thanks for the comment! I'm currently working on an update for the flashing stay tuned! EDIT: Flashing defaults to off now, and I think I solved the color blind issue hopefully?
