The ability to turn off the animations and mission results screens / auto discard broken equipment would vastly improve my oppinion of the game. they are seriously annoying and unnessicary.

So far this seems to be a good game (especially with no hard energy system). however, it could really use an in town trading system so the different players in the town can help the others with quests and orders. Thank you for your time, and a happy new year to you!

I'm English beginner... supplier, Fastidious are not -% ?? for example, albert has 10% chance of breaking, if he has only Fastidious1 skill, 10%-15%=0% ?? or if he has only supplier 1 skill, 10%-5%=5% ??. i'm confused.. my some heroes have 3~5mythical equipments.. i'm afraied of breaking. my francesca has always has always 30~35% breaking chance, and she has Fastidious3 skill, so i knew 30%~35% - 50% = 0%, her equipments were never broken during 1~2 months.(no legend, no epic) my albert has 10% chance of breaking and has Fastidious1 skill, then isnt it 10%-15%=0% ? but his equipment was broken.. =(

Why can't I or a couple of other people I know send heroes to the events once it's reached level 2? It would be our first participation as we haven't noticed until other players have gotten the event past level 1, and a number of our heroes are quite high levels and powerful. It's quite annoying. Love the events feature though.
If the step is already complete, then you'll be able to send out heroes on the next step. Keep in mind steps are not only locked by your Castle level, but also, your shopkeeper level. If you are too low level to participate, you won't be able to join in.
Hello, after 10 days your full investment will be reinvested into the same buildings in your new city. Prior to 10 days there is a tax, 10% on day 1 for leaving and it depletes 1% each day till it is gone.

Could you consider adding options such as skipping the little sequence after you complete a quest? and just have like a "complete all" button, so you skip the little exp animation and you can see all the items and broke right away? It saves time and it's just tedious having to sit through the little animation and go through each broken thing instead of just having everything at one place.
Thanks for the suggestion. This may be a little tricky since you need to decide what loot to take from your heroes. We'll pass this along to the team to see if they can figure out a fun solution to this puzzle.

Is it just me or is the cursor skewed off centre a little? Anyone know how to fix this? It means i cannot click on certain icons that are on the far right.

I liked Swords & Potions 2, so this game caught my attention. At first I thought it was a continuation of that game, but this is from a different developer? Oh well. I'm quitting this game pretty quick for one reason: item capacity. It's too hard to keep track of which type of item I have too many of - need to significantly reduce the number of item storage types.

Easily one of the best free games out there. Enough decision making to keep you engaged for hours and not time gated like so many others. It is simply an enjoyable game that gets a bit faster and prettier by throwing money at it. I wish there were more games like Shop Heroes.

Sorry, but if you need too long tutorial for your game, it means it's badly designed and disgusting after 5 mins of clicking on what you are pointed to click.

This game is so addicting. I can't wait for badges to be posted. I kinda want a hard endurance-like badge. The game is so addicting I don't think anybody would really complain. Maybe it could be called "Shop Till You Drop"

I want to like this game so much. I just don't have the time for a new multiplayer game. I want this to be single player so bad.

so I like the game, but until they can explain why equipment breaks so often at such a low chance while our chance to get the fusing to work is so infrequent, I can't give it a very high rating.
Hello, each item receives its own break chance and is rolled individually each quest. This can lead to bad luck streaks or multiple items breaking or different items types breaking in succession (making it feel like there are more breaks). Be sure to check the break % for that specific item when equipping. We are happy to offer tips.
