Puzzle platformers with death mechanics are pretty much never the right difficulty. When they're easy, they're boring; when they're hard, they're frustrating. This one was definitely on the frustrating side. And not seeing the whole level definitely isn't helping. That and the hit boxes on some platforms makes the game not only difficult, but unfairly so.

I'm surprised there are so many negative comments on the last level. With the three vertical and one horizontal spiked ball, you have to wait until the middle vertical ball will be high when the horizontal one is on the way back from left to right, so u can jump that in the middle, land, and have time to then jump the leftmost vertical ball. When the lvl starts, if you drop down that are asap, you have to wait one cycle before you can carry out this process. It's harder on the way back after hitting switch, but quite doable.

1 star rating to make level 25 annoying. If I can't beat the level naturally, you receive the lowest rate for the game because your difficulty (you decide ti make) do not respect players. Your moving spikes are out of comprehension to navigate, so the next time leave more gaps between spikes. OK??

Feel like they wanted to make a challenging game but lack the skill to do so in an interesting way so instead they just put imprecise control so yeah its challenging but not for the right reasons.

Last level completely ruins this game. Just four deaths up to then, ended up calling it a day after another 50 deaths. It's a fun game up to that point but level 25 is just an exercise in frustration and patience. Had given 4/5 but the last level drops it to a 2/5.

But to be fair, you shouldn't give it any less than 2 stars, if just for the music alone. After playing Guy of My Dreams two days ago... you know this music deserves it.

When games like this are picked for BOTD, it really hurts their ratings, being held to 2018 standards. It's alright, not great, and yes it's frustrating toward the end and lacks proper conveyance, but try to remember that flash games weren't as casual back then. And tell me honestly if you even knew what "conveyance" meant before Sequelitis.

it is okay that the last lvl is harder, but not something completely different. making 24 levels of startegy game and then something that is completely about timing with lousy control options but zero startegy in the 25th level doesnt make any sense for me. games like this should not be badged imo

Before attempting level 25: 60 deaths, most of which were to grab coins. After finishing level 25: 173 deaths. Seriously, that is just lazy level design.

For stage 25, you can just barely squeeze between two spiked balls safely if you don't want to rush too much, like me :)

Its a pretty relaxing puzzle even not much so hard to complete. Maybe u need to define well that hitbox of edge spikes.

So that horrible platform on level 25, you know the one, what you have to do is wait until the vertical ball is at your side and the horizontal ball nearest you is down. When they are together, run left, jump over the horizontal ball in the middle as it returns, and then run to the end.

fun, but easy. going in w/o prior knowledge makes a no death run kinda impossible, if not for EXTREMELY subtle hints. not much reason to do all the achievements either since no real reward. still, at least there seemed to be a puzzle element to each level right up until 25. nothing there at all.

Ce jeu est vrai ttès chouette mais peu être un peu facile. Il faudrait ajouter autre chose que simplement des sauts et vers la fin des portails. Je pense qu'il y a quelque chose à faire avec ce jeu. En tout cas je me suis bien amusé.
Ce jeu mérite un 2ème badge medium pour l'obtention de toutes les pièces

Link doesn't go to Candystand.com, it goes to Publishers Clearing House. Also, game news says "A bug has been found and we are working on it now, thanks for letting us know". Yeah, that was in 2010. Still working on it? Somehow I doubt it. A nice puzzle game spoiled into a crappy platform jumper.

but i cant see noting te scren keep turn and do oter ting and ten te guy is sumwere else and he just jump and go away all te time coz of scren so its bug and 1/5 til u fix devloper

Some tips for level 25: 1) when you reach the flag, you'll need to take a step back to avoid being crushed from above; 2) jump over the spikes, but only progress once the ball reaches its furthest left - it is way easier to jump over it when it rushes towards you & you'll have time to move out of its path, once it turns around to chase you. 3) CypherDextrous wrote that "you can hit the switch as you're dropping to save yourself some time and frustration."

In case it helps anyone, the flag has to raise all the way up to count as completing the level. There were a couple of times where I touched the flag, then died while that **** flag took its sweet time raising up
