Lolz..my strategy was horde 2 handed sword guys...FORTY FIVE of them seemed to work with a SPARE 7000 gold to place the FULLY upgraded dudes.

There seems to be a glitch where attacking archers will not take damage from arrows. on insane mode i have had 5 full towers of fully upgraded archers attacking two enemy archers stacked on top of one another for several minutes while the other enemies ransacked the gates. It was very frustrating.

The enemy archers won't move in, and I don't have any more population. There doesn't appear to be any time limit, so the game is effectively broken, with enemy archers firing with no success from down field and my guys guarding closer in.

I think its a great game, few problems with it is that altho its great that its not a railed game, they refuse to fight anything on a lower rail, but gang up on things on higher rails. which means 1 gets pummeled and 5 never gets touched. with that fixed it wud be a great game, lookin forward to a sequal

I thought I was going to like it, then I realized the enemy were pathetically over powered, and there are too many glitches.

The only thing i like about this game is the graphic. Simple, but funny, way to go.
Unfortunatelly thats the only positive thing about it.
- I kind of dislike that you must have to buy your 2 initial swordman + 1 archer, instead of spending on your money what you feel like. At first its good to show how to play, but it gets tireing when you play again,
- The gates being repaired after every level motivates you to protect only 1 gate and make it priority at early levels (=makes the game too easy),
- There is only 1 very easy way to win: get some archers, buy gold upgrade, get archers everywhere, unlock knights, upgrade them, start using them when the archers cant protect 1 gate,
- Swordman, pikeman and 2 handed swman is completelly useless, no use to unlock them - knights owns all the meelee fighters (no diversity to play),
- No infos about upgrades.

This has potential, but if you're not going to put in the time to make a clean game (i.e. check grammar, line things up correctly) you can't expect to get very good ratings. You don't have to blow it out of the park, but you've got Sonny and Cursed Treasure to be rated against.
Be real here. It's just not that good.

I rated this game low because: a) If you feel of the archers places you can't build other soldiers b) this game has no instructions! It took me 5 minutes to understand it which is quite much. c) archers don't shoot good. They shoot all in 1 soldier :( d) This game is unbalanced. e) We need more backgrounds. f) Soldiers don't have description! Who is good against who? 2/5 from me, sorry.

Just finished it on medium. The balance is a bit off, at the begin ~levels 3-4 I didn't stand a chance due to no money and if I had the money the one unit I could afford would immediately die in 2 seconds due to far more enemies. 2 Levels later it was suddenly super easy just massing archers and from there on it's no challenge. Game needs hotkeys for the units (1-archer, 2-swordsman) etc.

oh look stage 3 is the same thing, to be honest I was suprised :-0 lol, not. So we are asked to buy upgrades right before we are zerged the next stage and have no money for troops. like i said epic fail

uhhh. . . . stage 2 you get zerged and you do not have the money to put any trooops down. this game is epic fail on massive proportions.
I have already started thinking of the sequel. I am going to make a post in the forum for suggestions and improvements

would like to have a choice of keeping the untis i made last round or to be able to change them because on some rounds there are alot of knights and on others there are lots of archers and so on.

The way your soldiers choose their opponents is a little weird: you place one in front of an enemy but he prefers to run away to the next gate. Otherwise nice game

Good game, one problem with mine though. all my units bunched in lower left corner, full archers but I have one bad guy in upper right corner just attacking away and not drawing any attention. My population count is max so I can not make a new unit near him.

Why is everyone saying, it is easy? Im playing it on normal and get beaten up like a sandbag, because there is no money to use. I can´t upgrade because i need the money for the troops. And my troops seems to be nearsighted and deaf as they completly ignore, that the gates are under attack. Sorry, but there must be done some changes.
Hmm, place melee troops near the gates.. and there is range upgrade for every unit to make it see larger. Initially just mass up archers and you will be fine (though, for experts there are many other ways to win as well)
Thanks :) I did not know an awesome optimization technique before this game and so zombie epidemic had performance issue. I am planning to make its sequel, optimize it hard, gameplay test it even more and then I will be ready for it.

Not sure if this is a bug or if there was a 1-man army attacking me, but for one round my army killed the first enemy on the screen right-away, and I won the round.
