I have noticed that a max Pierce Arrow does almost the same amount of damage a max Power Arrow does, and the Pierce Arrow hits up to 7 monsters too. i think the Pierce Arrow works well with mobs, while the Hurricane works better on tough bosses.

this game is too slow it would be better if you could move around and get more mesos per round kinda thing i cant even afford the 2nd lowest bow (highest bow i can get)

Btw... Try S rank boss b4 getting necro bow. Dragon pulse the boss and kill the mobs. When u get to lvl 120 or so or with necro bow, u prolly hit ergoth for way too much to let him survive.

Ok...
-First: There is a bow after athena's one, that u get beating zakum (to unlock his lvl, just buy cookies at ??? shop [about 30 of them, maybe 60])
- There is NO FURTHER MANA INCREASE SKILL (u dun need it... just get bonus dmg by shooting at 100%pow... my max lvl hurricane does about 300k dmg when i have 30x bonus (first acend, u get 1 extra arrow. 9 in total) Try it out for beating the lvls past athena and zakum. (It knocks back further than dragon pulse and does... 3x more dmg???)
- To get S ranks in Athena or Zakum with the scores like mine, just get a weak bow + dragon pulse (go on killing mobs and knock back the boss)
- U dun need to shoot many arrows. I kill athena with like 20 arrow(together ith the mobs coming) by lvl 100 with the first acend (no real advantage, i would be like a lvl 101 if u wondering). Bonus + dragon pulse = fast kill + S rank.

garlagle, you need to get about 45 S ranks and around 13.5 billion score. Score you see in the shop not the ??? report.

Excellent Game :P though maple story only has 4 jobs (As far as im aware of) the 5 and 6th jobs are excellent add-ons. I think you should make it so you need Power Arrow lvl 10 before getting the Dragon Shot or w/e it was called. You need to get higher mana recovery, the skill that increases it still isnt good enough. Im only in the 4th job though, so is there a skill that increases Mana Regeneration even further or increases Mana Capacity?

Lvl. 124 with "Athena Pierce" AAA score... Still no further bows... It is safe to say that I am sorely vexed over this matter and would appreciate any help that may be provided...

Hmmm... I have the Mega Ultimate Bow and have completed all missions up to but not including "Athena Pierce" and am currently lvl. 117. I have defeated "Ergoth's Throne" numerous times and have an AA raking on it. However, I still do not have the Necromancers Bow. Could it be that I am not a high enough level yet? Or are my fifth lvl skills a requirement for the bow? Oh, and I have not yet ascended. Any help?

Maple aside- I doubt they would get badges on here with all the ingame badges in it- if they did get 1 it'd be a endurance impossible badge- The Master of Bows- Unlock all 86 badge in the game or something like that

i have a question about the real maple story
i download it on on to my comp but it says that there is no maple story file
could somebody shout me about it
* This is not the right place for this.... u should go in maple forum or www.basilmarket.com (maple market). Anyway.... Did u install the file u downloaded in yourcomputer? If u did... prolly there will be and desktop icon. I dun play Maple for years, so i cant really help.

1 thing I did notice- it doesn’t take as LONG to level up as MS does- I should know because I’m level 64 on it and have level 140 buddies but I do want to know one thing- what does acending do?
* Acending gets u to lvl 1 once again, but gives u bonus xp gain, money gain, +3 sp every acend and +5dex every acend. This stacks with others acends.
- This way u can get lvls faster and get all badges u couldnt get in the other "life". (acend like 5x times b4 getting some crazy badges, like lvl 1000. This will get easier as u acend more times.)

I used to play this on Newgrounds... don't like the grade requiment system much though...
Needs badges ≧∀≦ ... and start adding monsters from the newer areas of the other versions of MS, they're bitchin'.

Btw you can't get EVERY badge in 1 game- because there are some that make you reach level 1000 before acend, or acend before playing 150 missions

I'll just say this- there are some badges are very hard to get (i.e: Scrooge- Buy only Corvy's Lonely bow. Or the one where you have to beat Zak with the training bow)

Lawl.... i got 75 S ranks b4 my first ascend. U dun need spike.... just athena's bow and B-55 with high angles
-(410% + [210% x 3sec in air]) x arrow bonus (200% if u got 5th skills)
* THAT HURTS = 1hit ko Gatekeepers

I use bs55 s.pike to get S's, got 80 S ranks so far, need 9 more. Much much easier once you get spike, try it out and see.

Just another tought:
- Dun lvl 2 much b4 u try S rank at TALL BOSSES (u prolly use iron or pierce arrow = 2 hits with 1 shot = less points = no S rank), like Yeti, Lycan, Mush boss (all of them past Yeti gave me problems, cause of the points, except for Athena, lolz)
- Use Dragon Pulse at the bosses and go on killing the mobs (thats y u need low lvls... u prolly 3hit ko bosses by lvl 100). That way u can kill like 50 mobs (more xp and better score)
- AIM NEXT TO THE 100% number (usually at the 2nd zero or at the % if its a boss)

U dont need to wait until 5th skills... Just wait until u can 1 hit KO the mission's monster or something like that. I had S rank in the whole first page by lvl 20 or so.

ONCE MORE .... Points = arrow's time in air x monter's health x [10 x acc (in %) x repel (in %)]
*Something like that... If u got B, that means u shot with low angles. Try shooting after the 2nd 100%pow zero or at least with higher angles.
