Only reason i couldn't 5/5 this is the pathfinding AI is pretty bad...when planting on a planet you gotta have that thing fly in just right, and your ships have a really hard time getting where you tell them to go as well as detecting enemies and buildings nearby

Good game concept and has a lot of potential, but...
1. it should autosave
2. controls are annoying
3. viewing square should not be able to go out of the sector map area
Anything to add to this post?
p.s. IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE GAME, SAY WHAT IT IS. It won't do anything to tell the game makers that their game sucks without providing info.

really fun game but needs easier camera control and in skirmish you should be able to do what ever you want w/o unlocking story mode stuff.................... 4.5/5

reminds me of starcraft... once the AI sends out "all its forces" it will just die instead of finding more resources, expanding or even selling useless factories. Anywhoooo good game 4/5

Good concept. The game would be many times better with hotkeys for building, and the ability to zoom in and out. Still, fun.

after abou 3 minutes into the level the game seizes up and doesn't allow me to go past the default menu. I can't click on buildings or use hotkeys. 1/5

strategy: make 10-15 mining ships at the start. fend the bad guys off off with torpedos, then win the game with orbital destroyers.

Hmm. A bad game. A misfortunate experience in more than one way. I'm no longer in the nice ways of sharing constructive criticism as its more trouble than it's worth so BAD GAME.

Also: Add an upgrade for re-targeting missiles, sorta like the AT torpedos from starfighter. It would be cheap if you could do it all the time (so add it as an upgrade later in the game), but with nothing at all you can have missile silos that shoot sixteen missiles at a ship it takes two to kill, which frankly murders their usefulness.

Heh, once you unlock the artillery ships, the game is a cakewalk from there. Get twenty of them, use them right, and you can hold off anything until you've softened their defenses with missiles. I knew xands rocked, but weren't they an alien weapon in Starfighter? =P P.S. Is any of the ship art going to be used for SF2?

I've noticed on two machines that the check for a saved game seems to happen when the game loads, not when the menu loads. That means the autosave SEEMS not to work, but if you navigate away and come back (or refresh, I would assume), the 'continue game' is lighted up.

the attack ships are idiots i have to tell them to attack the command center 20 times before they attack and they get there buts kicked by not doign what i say and attackign while moveing they should do cause of that a 2/5

AI seems purely defensive, ships don't always respond to commands, and the graphics are little boring. The sequel should be great.
