Love the game, Just wish the dang Attack/mining drones would stop trying to run into the planets, and taking the long way. Very fun strategy game, I would tell people about this game if they were looking for a fun strategy game. So this game gets a 4/5.

Great game, it has a lot of potential, but also a few irritating issues:
1st, even with only a few ships on the entire field, my gaming computer, and lowest quality, there is a ton of lag. Code needs a lot of optimization, and do some buildings add to the lag?
2nd, torpedoes really annoy me. If their target is destroyed, they shouldnt just disappear. They should explode, or better, find a new nearby target to attack. Its really irritating when a barrage of torpedoes just vanish because their target died.
3rd, the ship AI needs improving. Just because there is a planet in the way doesnt mean they should just keep going. If the shorter route is behind them, they should stop, turn enough to go the right way, then resume moving.
4th, IPMs should do damage even if they miss their target. I have seen missiles hit buildings without any damage just because it wasnt their target.
5th, buttons (i.e. upgrades) should update without needing to close and re-open their tab.
Due to these, 4/5.

Very good game, but I have a few complaints. The biggest being that I can't save! Where is the save button? When I hit quit, I lose all the progress of the game. It doesn't auto save, ever. Also, of course, the ship movement. Other then that it is a very good game... but it needs to have a save button.

Well, seems it's chrome, found a fix, hope it lasts, sorry for being harsh before, should have looked it up before ranting, i can be stubborn at times :P 5/5, for this amazing game, and once again, sorry for ranting about something that wasn't even the games fault.

Okay, this flaw is too big, if its chrome or my keyboard, i dunno, but it's basically unplayable, 1 mistake with thinking you'd be able to place a building, and it dun goof'd, 3/5, until it gets fixed. if it gets fixed, send me a message and i'll come back, play it, and rate it higher, 4/5 for sure, maybe 5/5, sorry if it seems unfair, but this flaw is to big, sorry.

You don't HAVE to go in order unless you really want to! if there is an upgrade for a level you want, go ahead and beat that level!

This is a great game, one of the best I have found here for quite a while. I started to get quite stuck on level 5 but found a way in in the end. The only thing that lets it down is the performance. My PC is a few years old, but not hugely under spec, but it really struggles with this game even on low settings. It's a shame.

Sum useful micro and macro stuff that made it a lot easier for me, if u want your repair drones to heal your ships without u keeping track of them, tell them to heal a random ship and they will then heal anything with low health within a certain range, offensive ships work similarly. and if you dont want your ships to circle every planet, u have to order them to turn away from the planet before u tell them to do anything else, they circle the planet because they r trying to turn around by turning towards the planet but cant because it's in the way. lastly, 3-4 laser turrets surrounding your main base with 1-2 repair drones and upgraded lasers is a godly defense and useful for the beginning of later maps (even better if your base is facing the enemy's planet) :D hope this helps cause it made the game much more fun for me XD

This game is kind of inconvenient because ships take the long way around planets and suffer the damage taken by enemy towers, but convenient because your mining drones are excellent battle ships when your command tower is gone (: Great game 4/5

personally, I think this game could be improved by adding a speed change, with freeze, so you could command stuff while the game was frozen (the computer commands stuff instantly, which is what makes the later levels so hard, so why shouldn't you?), and having the first step in the moving process be to turn IN PLACE until pointing towards the destination. One more is that every ship (EXCEPT mining drones, repair drones, invisible stealth fighters, and the command center ships-the big fat ones) will always attack enemy ships when in range and idle. for example, my artillery ships never attack the enemy ships unless i select them and order them to do it, and then they only attack one ship and then stop

The problem with ships going around the planet to get to a target really isn't a problem with path finding. I notice that the ships taking the long way around the planet are constantly trying to turn into the planet (until they get about half way around). This is cause they are trying to turn around but the presence of the planet is preventing them. In Essence, this is really a problem with the collisions of objects, not path finding.

We all know, the pathfinding is not the best. I propose that pathfinding should go in these simple steps:
1:select a unit 2:click where you want it to go 3:the unit turns until it is facing directly towards the destination, even if there is a planet in the way 4:the unit goes forward until it is within "X" pixels of a planet, or is at the destination 5:if at the destination, the unit stops 6:if near a planet, it decides which way around is faster, by determining which way (left or right) is the turn with the least amount of degrees needed to turn (in place) 7:repeat steps 3-7 until the unti has stopped at step 5.

Why do my ships need to circumnavigate the planet before attacking the selected target? Is this some sneaky way of letting the enemy get their defenses ready?
