I like the ideas, and the game mechanics, but the UI is could use some serious improvements. Skill tree doesn't show pre-reqs, can't untarget a tower so I frequently weapon change by accident, things could use more (and more convenient) hotkeys, lots of cryptic terms... I like what's happening, just wish it was easier to get past the interface and actually play.

Love the concept, but requires better spelling, grammar and punctuation, along with balancing (tower and difficulty wise).

Did some more testing with the FF bug and it appears it only happens once a weapon change completes while Fast Forward is on, therefore to prevent your towers fire rate from being reduced, just make sure you turn FF off before a tower finishes a weapon change. Another thing to note as well is that monsters not only have armor, but some/most also have a resistance(s) to certain attacks. For instance, the yeti in the ice land laugh at normal/explosive damage, but poison obliterates them, while the various undead there will wonder why you are attempting to rekill them with poison. Because of this, try mixing your tower types up if you're having alot of trouble on a particular level. On a final note, the acid poison upgrade does not override the poison immunity sometimes granted to the enemies as the random wave bonus.

There appears to be a weird bug associated with the Fast Forward option. If you build (weapon change?) a tower while fast forward is on, the tower's rate of fire will think the game is still running at normal, and shoot as quickly. Bluntly, it means your tower's rate of fire will be halved if you build on FF instead of normal speed.

its so awsome it has just enough game dynamic to make up for it suckishness in graphics. its needs a speed button but other than that its addictive.

Great game, very fun because it so hard at times..until. .you realize that one certain all the way maxed tower makes it easy. hint..don't read ahead if you dont want to know.......... I'll let you figure out which one, don't worry if your, slow, to find that right tower to use. 5/5 from me

Perhaps a little more explanation from the designer would help the game make more sense. I have very little idea of what's going on. Some enemies are immune to what I shoot. Others are too strong. I'm sure it all makes sense to the developer, but we'd like to understand it too. Thanks and good try.

Way too many problems with this game. Problem one XP is unbalanced. Problem two most of the towers are useless. Problem 3 if you reset your points to try something new, and instead of reseting them again and load are previous file so you don't have to chose everything over again... all your points are gone, but you're the same level. So 1/5 from me.

STRATEGY: This is a ridiculously hard game. 1) When you can easily beat a level, respec to Magic Tower +50%XP for maximum gain. 2) only your HIGHEST XP per map counts. 3) Boost the gold-stealer hero and always start with him. He gives 150gold during the first 60 seconds and 75 per round so pays for himself quickly. 3) There seems to be an 'armor' that resists the first X damage done. So a few high powered towers is MUCH better than spamming crappy ones. The damage boosts and upgrades are important due to this. 4) The Cannon and Bees towers seem to be the best. Poison over time sucks bad, the Slow is useless, and balista's damage is too weak to even hurt baddies. 5) Magic sucks. It actually costs GOLD to cast spells! So you pay 100g to boost your income by 20% for 10 seconds? Is that worth 6 skill points and a 300gold tower? NO! ----This is a fun game but balance is awful and so is difficulty.

In fact getting xp is quite easy, once you can afford the last spell (hailstorm of the abyss) and deploy several chucks... Just spam the next wave button, and *kaboom*. You can easily get 20k xp/level this way

i enjoyed the game i really loved the music during the td part. very interested how your future games turn out. hopefully this game improves with set up, and clean up, other wise 4/5

Pretty good game. One annoying bug is that the music comes back on after you have completed a level. "Sound Off" should mean just that: Sound OFF!

Really good but, its easy to get stuck.. u need to give some xp even/ or for replaying, if you die... otherwise u just get to a point where u give up
maybe an xp breakdown at the end of the map too - so you can see that you got xtra points for monsters killed or beating a par time>?

Okay game, however I would of liked some better overview map graphics.. Seeing just lines, colors and castles isn't really a map.. Story is thin, balance system tedious. 2.75/5 overall score.

In the hopes of an update, I'll give this game a high score. Balance the game out a bit, tidy the interface, and its a very good TD.

after fig out strategy, ran through last part of the board (mostly having to make sure I killed at least 1 dude for it to register) and owned the king in 2:47, lol. game is interesting concept, just didn't balance well. XP system off as noted and the upgrades can be done in a very unbalanced way. can beat any board with same method, physical layout makes absolutely no difference.

holy crap I just beat a lvl in 62 seconds! and got 0 XP! nice. btw, I stumbled upon a simple strategy that so far just dominates. need to earn a few skill pts before it can be used well, but so far it's great (except I win too fast and get too little XP).

how do you cast a spell with the magic tower? I click on the buttons on the side and nothing happens!
what's up with that!
