Sometimes after killing a boss I find myself with negative gains, like -2.000.706.139... very annoying! But I guess the Developer is gone for good from kongregate...

Not so bad little game, yet it'll be a LOT better if you'd implement mouse driven ship move, like in ye olde Frantic. Also while upgrades do stack, you get maxed out too quickly. Also I'd call this "bullet sponge" not "bullet hell" as you plain cannot dodge them all, the game dev is too heavy on homing missiles with scaling damage.

How strange - I am leading weekly categories for both Waves and Boss, but get a message that I ranked 2nd for the week.

I've been impressed enough with this game to go to boss wave 100. It's the most beautiful and polished game of this type i've played.

More info on upgrade problems: I just chose twice in the same game the 3rd laser upgrade. First, this should not be possible at all, second, there still were only two laser rays visible. Does anybody else have similar experience?

There seem to be several problems with the 3rd and final upgrades. Wave of missiles should launch every 2 seconds, but remains at the 7 second rhythm. Other 3rd upgrades just will never appear, instead you can select the 2nd upgrade of Shields Offline, even though you never took the first one. A shame, it is such a nice game...

there are only 3 choices as far as i can see, every other update will show up eventually. only those three pairs lock each other out: 1) +dmg/-shied vs. +shield/-dmg 2) more dmg at full hp vs. more dmg at low hp 3) + attack speed vs. + damage. i wish there were more decisions. for example explode on death vs. missile wave and boost both significantly. i also wish for a bit more enemy variety, maybe different stages/worlds.

mario:nice game you got there. can i have it?
me:day by day Mario maybe you should borrow first. if you die in a game. my turn. when i die too. your turn as well.
Mario:alrighty! that's the challenge i wanted so much!

It seems you can go as farther as you want, late waves always give between 21k and 22k credits. If this is correct, it is highly unfair.

Fun and fantastic little game. 4/5. Only suggestion is to "end" the game better. Rather than let players fighting indefinitely, it might be better to have a final boss, or have the game end after a certain amount of time has passed and players are scored on how much damage they took throughout the course of the flight. As it is, the current "Okay, you're more or less maxed out, but you can keep getting these small 5% damage boosts." is a bit... underwhelming.

Well, this is going on my list of favorite Flash games, next to Enigmata (one of my favorite games, period) and Enigmata 2. The upgrade system is super interesting to play with, the game has good sprites and visually interesting weapons for the player, and everything runs well. Very impressive work, I'll bet some systems (like tracking bullet damage over distance) took some creative thinking to fit together.

Do upgrades stack? For example, if I get +30% damage and then get higher damage when bullets travel short distances, does that damage stack? I'm sorry if this question already has been asked.

Typo when you fail to kill boss (after beating it at least once) says "GP and Shield" instead of "HP and Shield" Nice little game. Not a fan of the random upgrades, but with the Kred purchase of extending to 5 that would be far less of an issue. 4/5 overall.

I enjoy the game, but what I don't enjoy is how to some extent there's an element of chance to the upgrades--there are some upgrades which are not mutually exclusive, and yet because there is a cap on the number of upgrades in a game, if you had the misfortune of not randing them, you are left without them for that run. I understand and appreciate the "choice" aspect of upgrading, but when I am never given the choice for the upgrade AT ALL in spite of knowing it exists, I get rather miffed.

Got from wave 1 to 83 and still didn't get a single attack speed upgrade. Turned off "skip easy waves" and got all upgrades by wave 32. The slower more boring choice is so much better for progressing. Can you let us skip easy waves but still get the upgrades instead of waiting for 20 seconds each one on a blank screen?

Huge fan of Bullet Hell games but the screen is too small for the ship to dodge properly. Please expand the flying width/length or reduce your ship's hitbox. Other than that, fine game.

i guess repeating the boss over and over is the best way to increase shield and hp? the returns on going into deeper waves is diminishing fast.

I really liked it in the beginning but it soon fell flat. The permanent upgrades are not significant. they either need to vary or be some kind of skill tree instead. ( more bullets line, damage kine, attack speed line). the run upgrades are strange since they do not all appear in a run and there are only 2 levels for each one. I would like to see more randomness in them and allow for more increases (dont get to choose just get something completely random), or maybe more powerful temporary upgrades that can be saved for when they are needed.

I've seen a Bullet Hell Boss game where there are a bunch of Bosses-- do you plan on adding more Bosses to this game?

Fun game, but I can only play it on Firefox. The ship and enemy firing are all invisible on Chrome. Internet Explorer wouldn't even launch.

nice response to my previous comment, stay like that in the future! :) (not sarcasm) (or maybe that was sarcasm?) (or maybe THAT was sarcasm?) or maybe- ok ill stop

This game has got a lot of possibilities, but all can be done in a quarter... thats too short !!
I had fun at my first minutes, but one boss type is too poor
Upgrades are the same a last... and i also have got a question:
Are All %damages Upgrades/powerup Cumulative (+) ? Or are they multiplied themselves ?

Good game, but way too hard for me, i'm stuck at boss lv 10, don't really understand how to avoid the incredible quantity of stuff he throws at me, and i explode even if i have shield. i can reach the 110 wave and then i explode, it is impossible, the upgrades cost too much, with a full run i can barely level two or three of them for a neglibile improvement... don't know, however pretty game.

Played this game whilst I was waiting for Fortnite to update. Easy to learn game mechanics and controls, fast paced action, loved the art style, not too difficult and very fun to play!
If you're trying to kill some time and just need a simple game to play, then this is the perfect game just for that :)
Also, I would love to see an improved sequel to this, a little more in depth, maybe with a short story? I see much potential here ;)
