How about starting a Trading system to trade various elements for ones that are hardly used(Eg Carcinogens and Tumors)

Odd... I got stuck on a mission, it said to buy 1 sand, I do not have sand unlocked yet. It showed the icon for growth on the icon, and the mission window showed the copper icon, and somehow I passed the mission by buying concrete.

Also the upgrade With of loredelith tanked my browser first few tries of me buying it. Kind of neat. But when it worked holy hell did it speed up the game significantly.

I never been this sad finishing a idle game... especially because I never managed it till now. You can see it is a work in progress but it is quite fun when you manage to run the animation of the little guys/gals working at their "normal speed" and then see them even faster when you upgrade their speed.
Great Idle game for a few weeks, maybe a month. Can't wait if you'll continue developing this one or not but this still gets 5/5 from me.

How about adding a Dismiss Task Function in case a Later type LORED sneaks in an Early Session (Like Water for instance)
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
(srry if this feels like spam, but i wanna talk, don't shoot me) umm...well, you see, the issue about the upgrade is that in early game (specifically before you automate the first four generators) you can't idle with growth on without eventually running on a iron/copper ore deficit, which really is a pain in the neck. no offense, but i don't think i got my point across about it the first time.
Yeah, just stop leveling Iron and Copper at around level 5. It saves you from spending Stone, Iron, and Copper on upgrading Iron and Copper LOREDs.
Spoilers:
There is an upgrade further on that makes IT'S GROWIN ON ME less "annoying" and will dismiss all your issues.

I can't validate the quest " a million reasons to grind", it freezes my game when i try to do it and i have to reload the page to play again. What should I do ?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
the IT'S GROWIN' ON ME upgrade needs help. When it increases the copper/iron output, it increases the upkeep, too. There are two ways I can think of to fix this: 1. Make it only increase output and keep the input the same 2(the one i would personally prefer). Apply the buff to the ore production instead. P.S. the locked upgrade blurbs are hilarious.
Lol! Spike tasks have a really low chance to drop. That's currently the final quest, but I might remove or change it to make it easier when Stage 3 comes out.
Fyi, you'll need e40 Tumors for Stage 3.

so i broke the game.... by buying upgrade_name before the quest was available (hurrah for not realising how to metastasize)
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
At one point, one of the quests is to buy "upgrade_name." Is this a bug? Or is it just far off into the future, considering that the reward is 1e9 concrete? Is the actual name of the upgrade just "upgrade_name"?

There seems to be some sort of memory leak. The game runs very smoothly for a few minutes, but quickly slows down, forcing me to refresh

After deleting my save i started on quest "more intro!" with no stone, so i am unable to upgrade coal even to lvl 1 and i am stuck...can someone help?
Hey, sorry for the late reply. I believe that is fixed, I just had neglected to update Kongregate with the latest version. Refresh if necessary and try to delete save again!

strongly need save export / import function. As every time I refresh the browser the game start from the very beginning... Hope DEVELOPER could solve this issue, I like this game very much but have been re-starting many times...
Hey! There is a Print to console button in the save menu. Ctrl-Shift-J opens the browser console, and from there you can backup the save data. Check out the LORED Discord for a step-by-step tutorial on how to get it to the Windows version.

I forgot how neat the animations in this thing were. Wish it was clearer which producer is using what though. Sure, they list "ingredients" but going by my current situation NOTHING is using Joules yet the production is negative, so I don't trust that fully.

Well, isn't the "The Loop" quest really something that can't be accomplished at the moment (that is, in development and not implemented)?
It's not bad to see what isn't implemented in the game as a kind of roadmap, but it must be clearly shown that it's not implemented.
Why can't I see "Upcoming quest in development" instead of "upgrade_name purchased"? You are showing specific instructions for various quests. Why can't you do the same? I do not understand.

Hey! I was waiting to update LORED here for when 2.0 is actually complete and have been using Itch meanwhile, but I promptly changed my mind 2 minutes ago, right before I updated it.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Aah, so it hasn't been updated yet? Noted, I'll check back later. Maybe. If it shows up on the front page as updated. The fact I checked now is a coincidence.

hi
I'm very excited about 2.0! Lately I've been working on the game in 100% of my free time, just like I had been until 1.2c. It's difficult to gauge, but it *feels* like 2.0 has taken more work hours than every other version combined, including 1.0. It runs better, is more fun, looks nicer, is easier to pick up, and hopefully is more difficult to put down. I'm always updating the patch notes as I work on it here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1cJzoGdbVO__B9gWpQToF9UVtLxzmWdYxEPgVntWKOdU/edit?usp=drivesdk

The only thing defining you right now is whatever's jammed up your ass and nailed down to the floor that's preventing you from completing the game.

I may not have gotten to it, which leads to more questions, but I am at the point where I can buy the thing to autobuy growth stuff and there wasn't one to autobuy iron, just iron ore.
Each autobuyer has its own logic that decides when to buy a LORED, and, until you get a malignant upgrade further in the game, your coal autobuyer only buys when its net production is negative.
