I really hate how I have so little offline progress unless I had remembered to reload the page first before suspending.

@Dianoche Oh, I meant what e100860 wrote, there is a feature called "Worlds", that are separate from the factions (Undead etc.), but still somehow related
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
@VMDC quite true, I tried to explain the Obelisk easily but in the end the example was too simplified with respect the game. Thanks for noticing

well screw this. been playing for about 3 weeks. had to clear my cookies from my browser, lost everything including the 2 packs I had bought with tokens. F that! I had saved to my PC the day before I bought the tokens so just screwed me. thanks, won't be putting another nickel into this now!

Keep upgrading the runes, though you'll need to start spending the 10k energy to finish it instantaneously because otherwise you'll be waiting for literal years.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
If the first 3 runes are at 100% , is there a point keep upgrading the runic prism ? All it is doing is speeding up the other three, whereas my other three are already near-instantaneous speeds.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
The game is supposed to run constantly, but it seems like suspending the system to memory just pauses a lot of things, ignoring suspended time.

you only keep batteries, tokens, and gears after blowing up the boiler.
For pearls, it is best to stick with producing red pearls and just create the higher tier pearls
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Optimal Pearl Progression Strategy
Basic Path:
Upgrade Red Pearl to 50%.
Collect 100 Reds → Unlock Blue Pearl.
Repeat for Blue, Yellow, and Sea: 50% → 100 pearls → next tier.
Deep Pearl (Scaling):
Upgrade to 50%, then +5 Sea upgrades (boosts Yellow).
Moderate upgrades on Red/Blue/Yellow (2-5 each), then collect.
Maximize Deep Pearl:
Upgrade Deep to 50% (guaranteed), +5 Sea upgrades again.
Moderate Red/Blue/Yellow upgrades, collect.
Final Boosts:
Do "Collect Pearl" bonuses (if available).
Boost Blue/Yellow x5, save 1k Sea & Deep upgrades.
Time: ~2 days (Deep Pearl), ~45 days (full completion).

I have played this game... or something so close, I believe I have. There is no save file, so BotD will likely be skipped... as grinding seems futile.

Is robot faction gonna get new updates? How am I supposed to spend millions of energy when my daily cap is 27k? There needs to be contracts for robot faction that raises energy cap.

It’s similar to demons Boiler, but for undead faction. It’s the prestige mechanism for undead (world 2), needing 75 Bone flour to use. It’s what @Ccracker was talking about
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
@Ccracker it becomes a lot easier when you start resetting with the undead, not the demons. You get a lot more dark mana to start with so you can do it far more easily.

I really like how buying the later production units increases the one below it each second. In other idlers, the first buildings always wind up obsolete because of the one after it.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Worlds? I'm getting to the dark mana types and fairly recently finally got the mushrooms, but it would take weeks to get to the 40-dark mana point. I've got all the pearls (I presume), and I'm still working on the fourth rune. I don't reach the end of the monsters - generally Belial and Navj, Dagon and Locusta for the four types I have.

@Gadge What stage are you at & which world? And I agree about the runic prism. From world 3 on I have never completed it again and did not have to anymore. But for the first 2 it's necessary and completing the chest ~50 times, though very quick at that point, is very repetetive to finish it.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Same for me, did never spent $ for this, and was able to rich water world. If you find it slower and slower, then maybe you should change your strategy. The only point where I find this game boring is for having runic prism.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
The game does not get slower but faster with every world if you find the right tactic. Only the last world is a bit slower again before the beginning if you didn't do enough worlds beforehand and I have never spent $ for this game.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
All in all, it feels like the only way I could progress at this point is spending hundreds of $$$ on mtx... which is very annoying. If that's intentional, then that's awful. If it's not, then the game really needs to be rebalanced
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
This game is fun at first, but quickly gets extremely slow and frustrating. 1. The price of artifacts is insane. Who in their right mind is going to spend $50 - $250 per artifact? The price for all of the mtx stuff is crazy.
2. Challenges seem to be balanced around completing all the contracts, but give prestige to unlock the contracts. What is the point of them, then?
3. Starting a challenge resets your waste, slowing down the next few normal rounds significantly.
4. Progression just slows to a crawl after a few days and the game starts to feel pointless to continue playing. I'm at the point where I can unlock warlocks, but why would I spend a week getting energy to get enough dark mana to unlock them? I have no idea what kind of mechanics they add.
5. Pearls can be completed in a day or two, so that's another avenue of progression that ends way too early.
6. Offline progression is bad and doesn't progress most aspects of the game.

I blew up the boiler, and somehow did NOT get the bonus waste from it, or the ability to buy contracts. I kept my oysters though?
