not fair! the numbers we pick from have multiples in rows and columns ;p and how is it a "mistake" if I misplace a # before i'm finished? I've never made a mistake in my life! I thought I did, once, but I was mistaken.

How I am supposed to solve level 12? https://ibb.co/YLx081p
I need a 0 both in the first and last column, but I got only one...

Notetaking system must be improved. Perhaps we could use something like SHIFT + 1 = blue 1 note, and SHIFT + ALT + 1 = white 1 note etc. Also, it would be good to have more space to place the notes in the blocks.

Spent a while wracking my head as to what was wrong with my setup on level 17. Turns out the game didn't accept that i had the white "2" on the left. Even after turning on hints it showed no indication of it being wrong, very annoying.

for lvl 7: the middle column needs a 6 and a 4; this means the left column can't be 6 and 2, leaving only 5 and 3, which can instantly be placed because of the 5 in the middle. Now the 6 and 4 can be placed, because the 3rd row from the top must be 10- and 5+6=11. This leaves a 1 to go in the bottom right to add up to 10, and then you only have 1 square left.

For level X, you have to keep the E rules in mind when solving N, and so on. The value of pieces stays where you had them on the previous solution unless covered.

It would be awesome, if I could put down notes without number. on tiles. Sometimes I only know X blue and Y white tiles are in row/column but it could help also.

I agree with H20proof, level 7 is not solvable with the given numbers. The left two boxes need to be 5 & 1 to add up to 8, middle two need to be 6&4 to add up to ten, there is no possible way to get all three to add up correctly. Would need another 1 instead of a 3.

As a puzzle game is challenging, but the stars system is useless: it does not add anything to the game other than frustration. The hint that says the number is in a wrong position due to repetitions in the same row/column is useful, you don't waste your time looking for the error that you know there will arise at the end. I think you should have to think something else for a higher difficulty

@ejbarreto : If you agree in comments that a level (7) can not be solved, you could at least mention it in description or instructions so that new players don't loose their time and get crazy :\
Hi. Level 7 can be solved. A blue number outside is a sum of BLUE BLOCKS ONLY. That means that gray/black numbers (inside a square) don't count. So in the first column, the blue 8 means that the two blue blocks in that column have to make a sum of 8. Now, there are only two options to make an 8 and one of them isn't possible because there's already a 2 in that column. I hope it helps...

It's pretty unclear which rules have been violated or not fulfilled. Especially at level 25. I think a different color scheme is required.

Great game a little to easy unfortunately(blasted through all of it in no time :( ), would definitely encourage some difficult levels in there. Also on a side allowing the player to put more than 4 possible numbers in would be nice. thanks for letting me play this awesome game.

As a heads up, sometimes you have to turn the hints on and off to get both stars. I'm not sure why this is, but I've gotten my missing stars while the hints were on for a few levels.

Interface is awkward. Click + click rather than click-drag would be much better.
Also, the automatic greying of arrows doesn't happen.
Great core mechanics though, so 4/5

Great puzzles, but my main complaint getting the no mistakes star. If I turn off the hints options, then I don't really think I'm making "mistakes" if I put something in the wrong space while trying it out. I don't think of it as a mistake unless something tells me I'm wrong.

Cool game! Already waiting for a sequel, or a level editor. If you do make a sequel, some suggestions for mechanics...
Red totals: A red total is equal to the larger color total minus the smaller (so a red three total could be a white eight and a blue five)
Linked totals: A total which, instead of having a number, is a dot that links to a cell using a line. Whatever number goes in that cell is the actual total. They come in grey varieties, and also a variety that's half white and half blue which cares about the color of the tile in that cell. They can also link to each-other to say 'these totals are the same'.
Tall/Wide cells: A cell that takes up multiple rows/columns. It only ever counts towards a total once.
Sorry for going on a bit, I get excited when I see a cool game like this.

Level 25 feels bugged? The center group of six must be a combination of 1,2,3,4,5,6, of which the 5,6 must be white and the 1,2,3,4 must be blue. Then, the left column cannot contain a 2, meaning it must be a blue 3, and the white 5,6. However, putting the white 5 or 6 at the top violates the 3-white across, and putting the blue 3 at the top means you cannot have a white 3 in that row, making it impossible to satisfy the 3-white across AND the 11-blue across constraint at the same time.

Very nice game :) I wish level X also tracked that I got 2 stars there. Can you add Kongregate scores for levels completed and stars? Also please don't make the game easier just because some people don't remember instructions. They literally used grey numbers in monochrome levels earlier...
Btw I don't hear any sounds/music. Playing on PaleMoon.
Hi. Glad you liked! I've added scores for completed levels and stars. Thanks for the suggestion :) About the sound issue, I'm trying to find a solution.

lvl 16 is hard. There is no logic on where to put the first number. trying to do it without error. tuff. I have yet to put a single number down. great game btw.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
In level X in the second stage, you must predict, that the blue 12 is not complete (as in you can't see the whole line)
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
The problem with the gray 9 at lvl 16 is that the solution only involves blue numbers in that row. Cannot be solved otherway, the numbers dont lie :D
I think the 9 must be blue to avoid confusion.
Yes, I know. In some levels I've decided to use gray sums, on rows with only blue or white blocks, to avoid giving away the solution, but I guess sometimes that can lead to confusion. I'm changing that one in the next update :)

If I may : you should add a validation button instead of directly validating when a level is full.
Why ? Because of the error star. If you miss the good square (ok, doesn't sound possible, but let assume it is) you have to start over to get the star.
And I'm sure I'm not the only one who did a screen shot to redo the level in no times.
So it will be more : "I'm sure so I click" rather than "damn, I have been wrong one time during the solving process"
My 2cts :-)
Hi. Grey is the total off all blocks (so blue or white). If all blocks are blue in a row, the total of that row is the same as the total of all blue blocks in that row. I hope this helps :) Thanks for the feedback.

the end puzzle 2nd part is incorrect, there is a blue 12 arrow there even though 9 is the highest blue and the arrow only has one space open
Hi. Go to options (lower right corner, in the level selection menu) and disable the 2 hints "Show column/row errors" and "Auto fade correct sums". Enjoy :)

Well done! Good game! A final message when you finish the game would be nice. And a little bug, when you touch the mouse wheel, it moves the layout of the game and the squares aren't clickable anymore (on Firefox).
