I finally completed the game and the badge didn't award so I'm reporting it, if anyone is wondering what it takes to beat the game here is a screenshot of my equipment/stats: https://i.ibb.co/h22yNFM/Screenshot-from-2021-05-09-11-49-56.png

one of the in-game achievements says to visit the realms of the creators and developers I've clicked on both logos but it didn't give me the achievement is it a glitch or perhaps I didn't do what I was supposed to do?

My strat: choose mage, max out water tree, get the defense and health stuff in earth tree, in fire tree get evade and speed. Equip yourself. For the boss, just keep dodging by jumping back. He should only be able to take out a third of your health, so it doesn't really matter. If you keep backing up and going forward you'll eventually defeat him. Don't worry about most of the peons.

Reading the comments on this game I realized people give up too easily. If the game is not completely easy they hate it. This game is very fun and so easy to get the medium badge you just need to upgrade. I did the final boss in like 15 seconds after entering that room maxed out. Quit complaining about the difficulty and just enjoy the simplicity and art the developer created for you.

The game's fine until any sort of combat happens, then the controls don't register anything until an enemy hat already attacked several times

Collision detection is completely off. I get hit all the time yet no matter how close my sword is to enemies it barely seems to register a hit 90% of the time

thought this game was really grindy, and it is, but it's as easy or as hard as you make it. the damage to the door determines how fast and how difficult the enemies that spawn. hit it, turn around, hold down attack and if you can survive easily, hit it again, repeat. in no time you'll be able to afford the top equipment and fill out the skill trees.

I rated this 2* because it's decently made even though it's kinda boring. Then I got to the last boss, which is very easy to hit, but has MEGATONS of HP. He bored me to death. I had to change my rating to 1*. Why on earth did they badge this garbage?

@Naud1234: Scrolling of the webpage caused by scrolling in a game (e.g. in the shop here) shouldn't happen. And it doesn't do that for me, not in this game or in another game (at least with Chrome). Don't blame Kongregate. ;) @mimitromblon: Using a staff (from the shop in the headquarters) gives you Tidal Wave as the special attack, using a dagger gives you Fire Tornado, and a sword can give you Avalanche. See also the upgrades in the witchcraft menu.

Monster spawning right in front of character without any warning, incredibly unbalanced spam attack for flying enemies. 1/5. not even feel sorry.

I have black screen in any of the browsers I use: Chrome, Firefox and Opera. Has anyone experienced this and, if so, how did you solve it? Thx!
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Yes, flying enemies are frustrating, but this game is awesome. Just build up your Regen first, then Defense. Best staff + piercing makes the endgame trivial.

I hate that the entire webpage scrolls when I scroll in the shop. It's not the fault of the game, but Kongregate's. Does anyone know how to stop a webpage from scrolling when you scroll within a Flash game?

@Vamps10: As far as I can tell, that links you posted has nothing to do with this game. If it was a link to a video showing a guide on how to beat the game that would be one thing, but since it doesn't you really shouldn't post that link in the comments section for this game.

5 stars for this game, it is short and sweet with a fun battle system. It seems like the other comments all request for additional features, so here is my request: After beating the game for the first time, have the demon in the hub wear the crown. It would be cool to see him wearing it as a reward for completing the game. :D

really easy if you know what you are doing.... until the game starts to lag.

This is great game. Very easy to win. Switching special attacks is the weapon equipped. Earth is sword (has hp and def in the skill tree), Fire is dagger (has nimble{dodge}, bonus gold, movement speed in the skill tree), Water is staff (hp reg, bonus exp in the skill tree). Staff is very OP once you get piercing shot. I can win the game at level 33. Lot of hit and run tactics. Once I hit level 40 I will bought all items in the game. Best for the game I found out was movement speed and reg. Slower weapon can lock you in place making it harder to move out of attacks. Faster weapons might seem weak, but very good. If your hp is low, run away to let your reg heal you. I used reg ring plus reg bracelet. Other rings is 1650 hp, movement speed, and nimble. Also the staff bonus dmg.

The idea that the the same character (i.e. a ghost) can constantly do damage to your character is beyond game-breaking, it's just stupid. The inconsistency is infuriating, the lack of skill is inane and the nuances are abysmal.

This game is really pretty awful. The fire rate is asininely slow, which makes it impossible as the generation of enemies increases. In addition, the opposing characters are significantly faster than your character. It's like playing a bad game...in slow motion. Fine graphics, awful rest.

It kind of sucks to have the credits run every time I beat the final boss. The first time, sure. But if I want to go back and earn some in-game trophies, I would REALLY appreciate a skip button for all the following wins.

I'm just standing here. Music's playing with NOTHING TO ATTACK!
