You know, it would be really nice if facing was mouse-controlled so I could make a fighting retreat without stopping all the time

The demon says he could have gold and diamonds just by snapping his finger. Snapping one's *fingerS* and snapping one's finger are two very distinct things.

Regen is your friend, do not be afraid to invest in the regen skill points on the water tree, even if you do not use staffs. It pays off immensely, especially with bracelets that boost regen %

i actually really like this game. just a few suggestions. flying enemies are hard to hit and annoying. either lower their hit points or the damage they do. definitely need more doors. last is more levels, 40 isnt enough. everyone loves maxed out levels.

Clicking on "New game" doesn't do anything. What a pity. The other buttons work.

The best way to grind is to get to the last door and hit it a few times. The strength and frequency of the enemies are tied to how much health the door has left. If you get to the last door and hit it a few times you'll get strong enemies and not be overwhelmed.

the flying monsters are way too hard to hit with the amount of damage they have
i allways have to use my ultimate ability to get rid of them or else i just die

Easy strategy for the boss (using greatsword) is to get behind him. When he uses the teleport to reset, you can usually manage him fairly well with knockback, and he'll just teleport to the same place over and over again. And enemies don't spawn behind you.

I don't get it. The game makes us grind, yet, it punishes us for grinding by bringing in stronger monsters each time we die O.o

I can open the spells and do the battles, but every time I click on the shop it says a plugin (shockwave flash) isn't responding [stop plugin], the error message will go away, but I can't move after that. I can still click the menu button and settings, but I can't keep playing after this error appears..

Awesome game!!! Loved the story, jogability and art! a TIP: Regen is a lot better than Evasion or Def. Errr, Def really sucks.

Hey everyone who has trouble with the flying enemies, each weapon has its own attack pattern "hit box", and this is what is used to actually hit the enemies. For the Greatsword, it's the small patch of dirt that flies up after the sword hits the ground, for the Dagger its the orange twinkle/star, and for the Staff its the energy projectile. Use each weapon's timing to effectively strike all foes and things will become much easier! Also, make sure to never stand in one place too long when fighting Southern Demon, it helps a lot to run through the enemies while attacking to pick up the drops as they fall.

A magnet upgrade and the ability to reset your skills would be a wonderful addition to this game. I absolutely adore this art style and music though. I thought the flying enemies were bad in the beginning but later they were fairly easy other than the absolute attacking power they had for such fast moving mobs, but all around good game 4/5

3/5 No talent reset, no preview of what weapons actually do before you select one to start the game with. hard to hit enemies in the air, (like ridiculously hard at times) Weapons seem to have not enough impact on enemies. Though the music is great, has a fair bit of comedy, though needs more. Cute game design, but feels rushed.

I've seen a couple of different strategies for this game in the comments, but honestly, I found that taking the staff combat route worked phenomenally well. Hitting flying enemies isn't a problem, and you can make a lot of souls early on by hit and run tactics. Max out your damage as much as possible, get a little bit of hitpoints, and a little regen and dodge, maybe some armour if you have some space. Then the boss is just a case of spamming attacks from a distance, and using your tidal wave on cool down. Very easy game, really fun mechanics. Hope to see a continuation of this!

if having trouble with the boss: the only chance to beat him is the hit-and-run-tactic. hit him one two times, activate your skill, run away, kill minions to reactivate your skill, wait to recover, start from the beginning. max out your skill tree and learn all other abilities that are not weapon based. for rings and bracelets: make a good mix of evade, defense, hp and weapen damage. my favorite was the greatsword because of the knockback. staff with piercing should do it too. dagger... good luck...

Complete with Dagger took about an hour. Was pretty easy, I farmed with staff, and killing the last boss was basically a dps race just jumping around him hoping heal and regen gems drop.

The final boss isnt too bad with greatsword. Get the strongest GS and just attack from out of range. If you want to be lazy just use your ultimate ability while running away. Charge it up on other monsters. You NEED to max out regen in aqua tree ASAP. 200 hp back per second is huge.

game got better with the last update and now is getting kinda fun. a few more suggestions for you. 1 don't let enemies spawn on top of the hero or even within a few yards perhaps. 2 time the damage to coincide with when the weapon actually strikes the enemy instead of at the end of the animation 3 not sure if pierce is factored in with other weapons but it's frustrating only hitting one enemy at a time with the sword when i have them stacked five deep directly in front of me

add more doors and give ability to skip end credits when you defeat Lord more that one time, cant farm properly. game awesome!

Yeah... this game is great until you get to the end. It's clear that this is going to take quite some time to beat the head dude... Like someone else said, being able to reset the skill points would make this way more enjoyable all the way through... I'm almost ready to give up, as trying to finish this game with maxed Terra stats is nearly impossible.

I used the staff against the final boss and he wasn't too bad. Wouldn't want to try the sword or dagger, though. That'd be brutal.

Tips:
1. You can have multiple saves, so its possible for you to try out all 3 weapons first
2. Nature skill tree is for Sword, Fire skill tree is for Dagger, and Water skill tree is for Staff
3.You can still get the second and third tier of the other skill trees, even if you are not using the weapon. They adds up to your stat.
4. It is better to start with Staff because the +exp points and +regen in the water skill tree is helpful for grinding
Nice game dev! 5/5 :D

Well with the greatsword all I had to do was to get some health regen (210) to heal faster than the horde of mini rhinos and crows could hurt me and fight as usual until the boss died.
