Flying enemies can be killed with jumping attack (dagger and staff only) or when they are charging at ground level (all three weapons). Weapons with high area trait can hit them from ground level when they are flying low. They are more difficult to deal with if you have a lot of monsters on you, since the delay matters more with them. When they are charging at you while you are fighting other monsters, it's a good idea to aim for the side opposite to where they come from in that situation. You're more likely to not have the attack on cooldown then.

What to do with souls? Buy the second upgrade of weapon. Don't buy the third, go straight for the fourth. Don't buy bracelets or rings (you can buy the first health ring if you want) yet, focus on weapon. Once you have the fourth weapon (the one dealing over 1000 damage) you're set for easy souls from the giants. Reach the third door and hit it once, then move away and farm the medieval giants. Just four or five will give you over 10 levels. Three or four more will give you the best weapon (saint staff is better than wu kong staff, since it have considerably higher damage, and you won't have many chances to stay in place for shorter delay to be relevant). Now buy the bracelets/rings. The best health, regeneration, defense and movement ring as well as the best weapon boosting and regeneration bracelet are my preferred set.

How to go through: Regardless of weapon, get the skills in this order - regeneration to lvl3> survival training lvl2 > weapon mastery to lvl4-5 (or shukuchi lvl1 and dagger mastery, put 1 into piercing shot when you unlock it for a staff) (around this you should be reaching the third door at most) > regeneration lvl5 > survival training lvl3-4 > iron body lvl4 > shukuchi 1 > nimble footsteps 1 > max the mastery, survival training, shukuchi. At this point you technically can defeat the boss, but any spare points should go into your special (don't bother with avalanche mastery, but the other two masteries are better than leveling the original skill).

Very nice game ... but there are not enough skill points to max out everything and no reset button either (not even for money). So if you spread your points to much over the three skill trees (as happened to me) you can't complete the "Element Master" achievement. And I surely won't replay the whole game just for that achievement.

I have finished this game with all three weapons. I haven't bought experience boost once (except when using staff, AFTER beating the boss, just for the achievement). It's not slow. Flying enemies are not much of a problem. The weapons aren't that much different from each other in terms of difficulty, they just require a bit different approach. I beat the boss ~lvl32 with all three weapons. What does that mean?! People that complain about the difficulty should avoid games that require agility. It's just not your type of game.

So the demon says that he can summon gold and diamonds with the snap of the finger, you still need to bring him money when your at the shop.

was gonna give it 4 stars for intro and effort, deserves one because of flying ennemies being ridiculously overpowered, un-hittable and tanky. Progress is incredebly slow and feels sluggish. didn't even bother breaking second door took too much of my time and was actually a freaking waste of it

Okay now the things that make this game so effing annoying: 1. flying enemies 2. enemies spawn to fast and to quick the more you progress 3. the prices in the shop are too high/too much 4. liking your sh*t on facebook and stuff only gives +1000 souls each? how about GO EFF YOURSELF!

The flying enemies ruin this game, it's basically random chance whether or not they'll hit you and they rip you to nothing in about two hits.

Special attacks are bound to weapon. Sword have avalanche, dagger have fire tornado and staff have tidal wave. There is no way to switch the skills without switching weapons.

knock an enemy back... GREAT skill... NOT! if they started an attack action on you, you get hit even if you're way out of range
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Can anyone help me out? I'm confused how to gain access to more spells. I have 3 points on fire tornado and avalanche but I can only seem to cast the tidal wave as my special attack. What am i missing?

cute game but wicked easy to beat. finished it just under 2 hours and that was completing all weapons and items from shop.

Flying enemies are really easy to kill. They prepare their attack and charge, they die from one hit (except for ravens) with medium powered weapon.

Chubawuba, only the flying enemies deal damage when you touch them (and they don't have any attack). All other deal damage only with their attacks, if those hit.

The final boss teleporting is actually a boon. If you have a fast weapon, you can hit him safely more than once. He will teleport away after hitting you (whether it will be a miss or not) for the better chunk of his health. That means it's a good idea to just stop when having him in range and keep on attacking until he's no longer there. Of course, you will die if there are too many minions around, so be sure to kill them with frequent specials and such.
Also, the boss can be defeated as early as ~25 or so level if you are careful. My play through with a staff I made a mistake when he was only few hits before death. With staff and dagger I killed him around lvl32. He's really not as difficult as some comments make him out to be.

Beat the final boss at lv39.
What I played with was:
-Earth skill tree: Max all, except for the damage booster of the special skill (I raised that to 4/5).
-Fire skill tree: Max evasion along with max soul "coin" gain and movement speed.
-Water skill tree: Max regen and EXP.
Bracelets: Regen (Last) and defense (Last)
Rings: HP (Last), Greatsword damage (Last), Regen (Last, + previous from last :P), and Speed (Last).
Weapon: Ragnarok
To beat the final boss I'd suggest going back and forth, killing some mobs while running through them (that's why I got the speed skill and the ring). Once you hit the boss he'll instantly teleport to the direction you are facing, except for the part where he'll teleport behind you (if you run back to the first doors).

Experience and soul boosting skills are plain useless. Once you start fighting the Martial Giants (the third door) you will get experience and soul easily. Their attacks are extremely easy to avoid (just don't stand in one spot, in the first place, you never should, except when attacking the doors) and their large health is the only thing really bothersome. If you have weapons with 1000+ attack though (32000+ soul) and +attack skill for the weapon, they will die rather fast all the same.

Please remove the flying monsters from the game!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They do ridiculously high damage and it is impossible to kill them!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you want the game to have high ratings you have to do it!!!!!!!! Right now because of this it is 2/5

Like the graphics, effects and the music. Negative is the fighting system and the difficulty curve, making this game a bit too grindy and repetitive.

Needs either a reset or a max level that equals buying all skills, so different weapons can be tried without starting a new save. Having spawns form on top of you and doing damage to you is ludicrous. And the randomness of enemy types is a joke - a BAD joke. Undead Warthog at level 1? I'm still trying to kill the scorpions!

Final boss is quite challenging considering he spawns loads of strong minions. What I did was max all the passive skills (Regen, evasion) and the green tree. Using the strongest great sword and knock back you can keep pushing him away without letting him attack you (and teleport). Hope this helps.
