I have no idea why but the mere fact that upgrades make the weapon look cooler makes this better than any game that doesn't, even if that game has better reviews in my oppinion

also heres some tips to beat the game quick first get the sword upgraded a bit then use it for the early stages of the game and save your amo for the harder stages later on heart or star potions can instantly be used since they will give you a weapon or hearts the hearts will stay their untill you beat the stage your on if you want to get ritof gropes of enemies use the bow and the bow is good for the last boss some good items in stash are cloak helmet or shield ravens scroll and carrot

kple It isn't exactly true. 99 is the highest number appearing, but if you get more of that weapon, it still stack. Let's say you have 99 bows, if you pick 55 more, you'll get 154 but only 99 will be shown. Use 56 of them and you'll get own to 98 again.

This sliding knock back on every hit is one of the most annoying game mechanics I have encountered. Solid game though, good job!

please add a hardcore difficulty! This game is so fun but after beating it with one death I wish there was more or just more of a challenge

I love this game but the balancing is awful. Almost always the shield is the best powerup, and for weapons there's almost never a reason to use the shotgun or the bow early on, but by the end of the game the bow is better than everything else at everything. Also the boss is extremely easy with good tier weapons, which by the way you can't downgrade. Everything else is brilliant though, really good roguelike.

Also, i would like for you to make the ranged knockback Not knock to right and left fix one of the sides you should fix to make the demon far not near the rabbit when you hit a demon and it knocks the demon

Could you add a button to turn off blood & gore in the settings? There might be a button already somewhere but I don't think there is...

Overall a great game, would love to see an increase in difficulty, new game+ with all enemies have +20% hp and damage, keep level ups and upgrades maybe a 6th * for the weapons only in new game +.
