Awesome game, yet i don't realy agree with the 4 starter items as they deny a lot of the progress fealing for me - made me complete the game after only gathering 3 items myself

Very cool game idea. Controls are tight, weapon variety is nice, only wish it were longer or that the dungeons were more complex.
I really hope you make a sequel with longer levels and maybe add some objectives for each floor or puzzles - zelda style with a rogue feel. Talent systems may be over-rated but may be something to consider. Anyway - A+ =) Very good game.

For some reason, the game lags like crazy whenever the final boss fires its laser. Thanks to that I can't dodge it because the keyboard controls don't respond properly while its firing >_<.

After beating final boss first time I tried to beat the whole game as pacifist-summoner - 3 birds, fireball-bird, all items with extra hearts, no attacking enemies... But birds didn't want to attack boss, so I had to break my roleplay and slay her myself( Also, it would be nice and more interesting if the game had more bosses.

hey epace you should make demons down under 2 and it could have: 1 3 different diffuculties easy normal hardcore/hard 2 MOAR guns knifes and wands 3 longer game goodbye

Still love this game. Wish I didnt have to die to get back to camp and get upgrades. Couldnt I just hitch a ride with that bird at the end of a level?

The game's pretty simple once you adopt a "hide behind a rock and hit them with your hittin' stick" tactic. It would be simpler if I had a proper mouse though...

So, we have a (so called) RPG game with no stats whatsoever. A level up gives you an item and only when you die. To upgrade a weapon you also need to die. The ammo counter stops at 99, why? Overall, the game has great potential, but for now 2/5. The decision to only be able to upgrade/change items after death is plain idiotic.

Why would I want to be smaller? My range is decreased by a massive amount. Was forced to be small because I chose it randomly from the rewards you get for saving a bunny.

I think you should be able to buy ammo for weapons at the start of each round, that way you have a use for all your excess gold once you've exhausted all the weapon upgrades.

My only complaint is the movement. Like I'm always on ice. I suck and it makes even avoiding first level archers hard some times. :( It's like if I want a quick little dodge I don't hold long enough because of the slippery acceleration, and when I'm dodging a lot I overshoot.

The controls are wonky and not responsive. Often when you want to go 2 block you go all the way to the wall and get stuck there for a bit. The game lags as hell especially when you get hit. I know that flash puts some heavy work on old systems but not like this. Time for some Shadow of Mordor - it doesn't lag.

carrot, helmet, shield, 3 ravens, 1 baby phoenix, cloak, and mushroom and i beat the game lol. on boss fight i just spam bow/wand by holding down left click and i won lol

Wow, this game is amazingly easy. Got to the level before the boss on my first go and the second run just obliterated everything. In fact the boss only lasted a while cause I was having fun killing endless groups of mobs, hahahaha.

I think i finally get the repeat item system, it adds to what you already have minus buddies, tho thats how i got buddies in the first place i just mean you arent gonna have 5 fireball guys etc

It feels like The Binding of Issac lite to me. It's a very well-crafted game, but there isn't any drive to play it again once you beat the final boss. Moreover, during the heat of the moment, if you click out of the window, your character gets locked in the direction you're moving, making it frustrating when you're in a tight spot. 4/5
