Oh man, this game is amazing, solid 5/5. Howeeeeveeeeer after reading some comments I noticed that the developer simply disregarded calls for a seizure warning. This is putting people in danger and so I'll have to give it 2/5 (yeah I couldn't even do 1 because I like it too much). I'd ask for fixing but sadly, it's a 2015 game, probably not gonna happen.
Hey, sorry for the late response, I haven't been checking this page very much as you can probably tell.
I ended up making a mobile version of this game which was better in general, so I ported the mobile version to flash as well. Of course I took the seizure comments to heart and removed the flashing lights in the newer version... however I don't have the code for this version so it is difficult for me to remove the flashing lights from this one.
Here is the version without lights in case you want to try it out:

I'm at score 9... I can't jump... Two pictures of Walcott in front of me... I can't avoid them, there's no ladder next to me too... *suicide*

God, I genuinely love this game so much. I found it through the philosophical tag which is pretty hilarious but this game is great.

Beer effect like painful flashes or compulsory puking cured by more beer makes this game feel unauthentic.. Still much fun, though :D

I know the developer said 27 but I got to 31 beers just now and I don't think it stops there. In addition to everyone dying it says "You drink too much." :)

Your son Walcott dropped out of college... whatever
Your daughter Lara is doing drugs... good for her
Your wife Moira wants to go to couples' therapy... OH GOD PLEASE I REGRET EVERYTHING

Really interesting concept, and as far as I've been able to play it seems well-executed. Unfortunately, the flashing lights and shaking screen (for the stomach rumbling) make me feel sick, and I can't play the game for more than a few minutes. Maybe this isn't a common problem. Don't worry about it if it's not, but if it is, is there a way to tone these effects down a bit/add an option to play without the most immersive effects?

Two suggestions: One, make the up button allow you to jump. It's a little more comfortable for some, or if you just want to play with one hand. Two, those lights, I get they are supposed to deter you, but they do kinda hurt. Maybe make the screen fade softly to white a few seconds or something that still effects vision but in a less... violent way?
Otherwise, I'm enjoying this. It's an interesting take and something new around here, so good on you. :]

this game is way to glitch for me I hate how your character will randomly start running off into the distance and you have no control over him until he dies bs shit game
