I love this game :D i just got past second gate! Im a longtime pokemon fan and this brings back memories. I would love to see my idle monsters while i fight too, like maybe some animations?

Once you enter the store on the top left, you can't leave it. The Buy / Sell / Equip / Cancel menu can't be activated.

"RPG maker normally rewards you after each battle, to make it so this game could be idle, I had to remove the rewards from monsters themselves and add a person to collect rewards from."...... so...to make the game more "idle"...you made it LESS "idle"... nice logic, game dev.
To further explain: after each battle a text would appear that would be your reward text, and would require you to press spacebar or click to continue. in order to make this game so you can battle the gate multiple times in a row I had to remove that text. hope this helps!

make the mon and the player stronger on your team or make the enemys weaker because i have to go to 1st gate to get anything :/
The best way to obtain xp in idlemon is to repeat the 10x battle until you have at least 1 of every common monster. Then use the party to take down the first badge, you then unlock another 5 floors at your first gate, with all the gem starter forms. Also, be sure to talk to both the reward lady and the guard captain. That is how you gather your xp. Hope this helps! If you have any other questions just pm,

is the a way to enable/disable skill used in battle?it's stupid seeing my hero used magic all the time when i equip him with sword
Sadly not in this game, :/ luckily idlemon II will have a smarter ai, but if I change the current setup it would cause errors. Only way to counter this is by removing the autobattle token.

I hate the fact, that Portals stop giving xp at a certain Point. So I am stuck at relying on the Guard to level my Monsters.
I understand your point, hoping that the system I'm working on will be much better for idlemon II. I did add a completion reward of xp when you challenge any battle that is more than 1 and defeat all of the battles you're rewarded with bonus xp. Hope this helps
If you delete your browser history it will wipe your save. Also if you aren't already try playing in chrome for the best results. Also the saves are computer and browser specific.

Tip: b4 traveling right into next town summon as much monsters as you can as you will get free EXP for ALL you have, no matter if they are in party or not.
The guard captain rewards you boat loads of xp for defeating # of idlemon he is the best form of xp. you also get bonus xp when you defeat the whole challenge, for ex beat level 1 25x and you will gain bonus xp there too. hope this helps!

Can I really only have 1 each of the fusions? Seems like if I make another fusion it replaces the one I have instead of numbering them.
Also, would be nice to have a counter on the idling showing which instance you are currently on. (E.g Wave 13/50)

@del2687... the main exp income is from the soldier on the bottom left. he will reward you for the amount of total monsters killed. which is a lot of experience

Just in case someone didnt know yet, because I myself took 1hr to notice it. When you click on the Gate you have a "more" option below Level 5, which will show you level 6-10 and then 11-15
3rd form idlemon don't autobattle unless you put one of those charms on. This way when you come across very tough battles(three masters) you can control your monsters. I figured it would be cool to give the choice to idle or not. You can also get them for cheap at islana

Not sure if it is a bug, but you can accidentally talk to the gate again in between matches and it will cause an error. Is there a way to make it so the character moves 1 space south of the gate before the sequence of matches starts?

I'd like to see some kind of notification to let me know when I can visit the man at the bottom for XP. Maybe an Exclamation point over his head or something on the screen that tells me how many more enemies I have to defeat to level my team.

another nice touch would be if there was a number in the corner of the battle screen like battle X/25 so you know how far from complete the battle set is

would be great if there was a way to cancel a set of challenges mid way. You would be penalized the completion exp but allowed to change or heal currently my main character fighting 25 battles alone on first gate lol

You should add an option to cancel the battle (or cancel remaining battles). If you hit repeat 25 times then realize you should've done something else first, you're stuck sitting there for quite a while.

It seems, even after implementing xp rewards on kill, it was set too low. I am not sure if this is the case in town 2 or 3 seeing as I can't level beyond 17 to see if there is an increase in xp rewards per kill or not. Although from the sounds of it, the rewards would be the same if the Orb and GP rewards are the same between towns 2 and 3.
One suggestion - Exp Giving Guards. instead of making some odd scaling requisits (5 kills, then 15, then 50, then 125, etc etc) give them a set interval to reward experience. For Example, every 50 kills = Exp. Simple. And letting them tell how many kills are needed would be GREAT if you don't take my suggestion and just give them set intervals, not a scaling interval, a set in stone interval.
Another suggestion, please do not tell others to NOT curse. It provokes us to do so more.

xp system isnt rewgarding; xp is too little and the grind sucks atm. There's 0 balance between area 2 and 3 fights, exact same reward gold and xp yet 2 is far easier than 3. Since xp comes in chunks (when you get it), theres really no good ways to idle. Either dmg is too high nd they kill you early, or you run out of mp and its not very efficient at the 50 kill path. Also, the final 2 fights just suck, they do a bunch of dmg and either health drain back most of their life or out agi you so you take their triple attack which does 300-500 dmg each. the dark 1 you can kind of get luck w/ 3 blizzs and hope for freezes; set to manual. Light 1 is just a pain and the rewards for all area 3 fights are the same which is just bad design
If you scroll down I the game page or open a new tab it will pause gameplay. As of right now, to idle this game open a new window instead of opening a new tab.

XP is still a horrible grind. 200 fights and I'm still lvl 17. New area straight up kills me even on the first stage and lvl 10x25 of the first area gives basically no XP.

Sometimes when you win a battle the game stands on loading for a long time, i think its when you reach a goal with enemy kills...

Alternative controls not mentioned elsewhere (that I could find): Z - Accept; X - Cancel/Menu; Q/W - Switch Character (in menus; Status, Skills, etc); These are the classic RPG Maker controls, and they work in RMMV games as well.
You select how many times you would like to repeat a battle at the gate, and then the game plays itself. as you progress in the game you can Idle for longer without having to select a level again.

soo. there is still some sort of a bug with the exp rewards.. tryed talk to the girl who gives me diffrent kind of monster tokens plus a little exp but the guard who should gives u exp for how many monsters u killed still refuse to give me any exp unless i do 15 x25 5-6 times
