Last week they announced that the SFW servers (Kongregate and Google Play) would be closing, and people would have to migrate to Nutaku where it's NSFW and (they didn't mention this part at all) it's called Eros Raiders instead of Astral Raiders. I'd thought they'd switch over at the end of the year but it seems to have happened much sooner than that. I don't think accounts can be migrated over now that Astral Raiders is dead, unless it's just a bug and they're going to fix it (don't think so, though). I think you need to be able to start the game and click Link Account to migrate.

Nothing but a black screen for the last few days. I assume the game is no more? A shame. I was just getting into it and thought it was rather good.

Can't level up Marina from Tier 4 to Tier 5 because there's only 1 level where "Compressed Strength Stone Rare B" seems to be available. However, it's only a reward and not a drop. How do I obtain this in a fair manner? This is the only material I need and I only have 14/20.

I'm still playing on Server 0: Andromeda. Maybe it's cut off for newer accounts now? But in August it was definitely still available, people just didn't know you had to pick the old server since it was defaulting to the new one.

Szputnyik50 cuerv ShinichirouO are right as of current, why are they downvoted to oblivion? When the original server (Server 0) cannot be accessed, it is essentially like a reset since we have to start anew on a new server (1 or 2) that are being shown on the selection list.

I do not mind too much about soft resets, but I was aiming to lvl40 achievement, was almost at 39 and this is a total bummmer :(

They didn't reset accounts this time, they opened a new server and defaulted to it. When the game loads, click on "Server 1: Eridanus" and change it to "Server 0: Andromeda", where it should show your character name. Then start the game and you should have your old progress.

Does load, but takes a ridiculous amount of time to do so, with browser console showing lots of errors and no indication that the game is going to start until suddenly it does.

The game *does* work. It was affected by the Microsoft IT outage a couple weeks ago. (That's what was generating Error 33002.) It was down for less than a day, IIRC.

@LadyTolstoy: The code works just fine. Go to edit your profile (upper left corner of main screen - if you get the avatar selection, select the other tab of that panel). You can enter it right there. Maybe not the most obvious spot to enter that, but it does work.

Whatever this latest update was it has made it so the game won't start. Unexpected Error: Error 33002. Please Restart!

@Devs: Are you allowed to post a link to your Discord in the game's description? Game was working fine yesterday, but now I'm getting Error 33002 before it even finished loading. I remember seeing a link to the Discord in-game, but of course I haven't joined it yet, and now I can't get in to the game at all! Thanks!

I get that you don't want people to just quit when they're losing a round, especially in PVP, but it's really aggravating when you kill all the enemies and the game just sits there after the last blow until the 10 second timeout. I don't know if it's a bug in the code or if the server is out to lunch, but it still happens 5-10% of the time. Maybe for the PVE modes the game should just not take your energy until the match is over.

The game updated, apparently to launch status, and now the game gets stuck on Loading if I try to fight any battles -- it just hangs after leaving the edit team screen. Doesn't matter whether it's the adventure, the event or the arena, all of them hang. The game does eat my energy/tickets, so that's nice.

The medium badge takes forever if you don't buy energy, ignore the gacha and spend the premium currency on energy and clear as many new levels as possible.

Logged in for the first time in a while to try to grind out some badges to find that my progress was wiped. The home screen still says that the game is in BETA Version, so does that mean another wipe will come in the future?

I don't think you should get Common shards in the Premium gacha draw. The game is skewed too much to the common fighters. Actually using anything other than commons is useless because rares+ are such low level compared to what your commons will be.

The game crashing all the time wouldn't be so infuriating if it didn't cheat you out of your energy every time it crashes out in the middle of (or more often, at the end of) a battle.

Your rares will never be as strong as your commons, trust me on this. Shards are much too hard to come by. You'll get level 70+ commons but you'll be hard pressed to get a rare to level 50
