There is a serious and concerning issue about astral raiders. I haven't been able to play for 3 consecutive days, and I filed a report ticket through the astral raiders discord providing the error screen, as well as screenshots and explanations. This is The second Time I report such errors and instead of supporting me, the completely ignored my ticket and instead banned me from the discord. The game is in a completely broken state and it does not deserve any more attention.

Bad AI. Quarter-baked gameplay. Nonsense drop rates. Highly unfinished everything. Frequent login issues. Crypto wallet connection. A 1/5 is generous at this point.

There's not even a shred of story past chapter 5. You only kill random enemies in chapter 6 and onward. Purple enemies started showing up in chapter 7 and I have no clue why or what they are.

Likewise, can't log in... version 0.3.10.35 is not even beta but more like alpha. Yet it got badged and even had a BotD.

You can use the blue bar underneath the enemy to tell how soon the unit will be attacking. When the bar fills up, it's the unit's turn to attack. This tip helped me loads when planning which enemy to kill first for 3 star clears.

It doesn't crash for me (Firefox on Linux). The setting is cringe. The gameplay is meh JRPG-like: lots of abilities are just strictly better than others, only they have to charge for longer. Each character seems to have an ability that can be used each turn, an ability that can be used every other turn, and an ability that has to recharge for two turns, so you end up hardly ever using the first ability. I suspect there's an endless amount of grinding and gambling to keep you occupied, but it's boring.

If an enemy is going to be killed by an attack a red x will appear to the left of their health bar. This helps you avoid thinking you'll kill when you don't.

I hate when you think an attack is going to kill an enemy, but in reality it still clings to some tiny amount of HP that cannot even be seen, as the health bar is completely black. This completely ruins some attempts, without it being your own fault.

I don't think I've ever seen an AI so aggressively useless as to be detrimental. When the attackers ignore the weakest targets and the healers waste recovery moves on allies at full health, it starts to feel like the game's designed to force players to waste their time and energy by throwing matches.

Very disappointing when a BOTD won't even load. Tried repeatedly - each time getting errors like "An error occurred running the Unity content on this page. See your browser JavaScript console for more info. The error was:
TypeError: WebGL2RenderingContext.texSubImage2D: Argument 9 can't be an ArrayBuffer or an ArrayBufferView larger than 2 GB
_glTexSubImage2D..."

A tutorial would be life changing, when an enemy reach 20% of their health they kneel, i thought that was a stagger mechanic (limbus company),they receive increased damage during it, but enemies can still attack you normally, and later, one even healed to full during it and still took increased damage until their demise. I simply cannot grasp the mechanics of the game, also being unable to get detailed information from the enemy youre fighting makes counter play really really hard

The game is okay, but with some deep flaws. But once again, the badges seem to have been mislabeled. Not an easy first badge at all, and I'm not even going to go for the supposedly second "easy" badge.

First thing you do: go to gacha and use your two free pulls. The advanced will likely give you a 5th character - your team can have 5.
Then, regularly between the stages go to raiders and click the levelup button. You need to do this actively and it will make things a lot easier.

Why won't this game remember my sound and combat speed settings? It's tedious to change those every time I reload the game. Even worse, the combat speed for story and challenges are different, for some reason, so I have to change it twice.

I'm running it at 60 fps on a 10 year old laptop. Although it was around $1000 at the time. I don't know what everyone's problem is. You do probably need to turn on hardware acceleration.

The player's AI in the game is terrible. I honest to god didn't care a thing about playing this, but for BotD and with an Auto button, I figured I'd let it run in the background. Died a few times on a level, even with characters leveled up and I wanted to see why. Watched as the Auto AI spent several turns making poor choices on who to damage/heal. Would try to heal a character that was already maxed out, while another one was below 25%. Would use it's multi attach on the far left/right, decreasing the amount of targets, and other stupid things like. If nothing else, I'm glad the game worked long enough for me to get the badge, but man.
Definitely don't one I'm going to be back to anytime soon.

Gorgeous game in a lot of ways, but the bells and whistles can get old quickly. For example, as others have stated, the slick cinematic attack sequences become more of an annoyance than a perk after a while.

I think the game is heavily inspired by Honkai Impact 3rd, but that's not a bad thing.
I've noticed when either Nayamai or a melee AI attacks, the game can get stuck. Please look into this.
Apart from that, if you like this kind of game, it's pretty decent. If not, just get the botd and never come back :p

If I want to play a booba game I'll go to Nutaku and actually get real booba. This is just low-energy cash grab trash.

Awful lot of time for an easy badge, spent mostly doing nothing because of the artificially long animations that are always the same. Pile on it that it's a gacha with terrible chara design that's meh at best and grotesque at worse. That was a really terrible experience, never. freaking. again.

Your 177 MB on the loading screen is a lie. This game is nearly 350 MB before it even gets to the login screen. In any case, I have better things to do than sit here forever while it crashes, crashes, crashes at every opportunity. No BOTD for me. Also, I have no interest in playing games where characters' breasts blow and bounce around in the wind. Have you ever even seen a woman in real life, devs? I'm thinking not.
