Fun game, but the units are not at all balanced. I spam nothing but Hood the Rabbit in the first 72 stages and had no trouble. The higher units cost too much for their usefulness.
Maybe it balances later, but the 2nd of 9 units shouldnt be the strongest more than half way through the game.

An amazing game. Fun play style like Epic war but with more focus to hero control instead of troop control. very fun. and the mini game style levels spread out throughout the game keep things from getting repetitive or boring. nice to have achieves now. 5/5 easily!

Rabbit archers level 20 + knuckle hammer +4 and paladog level 40+ with my kind of upgrades = UNBEATABLE at any levels even last one!

Oh dear. I got so far in this game before badges were added. And now all of my progress seems to have been wiped. :( Oh well... Good thing spamming maxed rabbit archers will get me through a good 90% of the game :)

The largest issue I came across that has not been mentioned is that the archers are horrendously powerful. I could tank even on hell difficulty, after gaining a few levels, any level as i progressed. The mana regeneration, food regeneration, and food mace (or as I called it, the meatstick), allowed endless spamming of these guys in later levels, so even bosses would fall from sheer numbers of ranged projectiles. It sort of defeats the purpose of a game like this if you can use only one unit. I would suggest perhaps raising their cost, or so forth. (As one person did mention, Hodd the rabit = win the whole game) and it's true.

Has any one actually beat this game yet? I had the perfect strategy until 5-12. Then I just hit a wall when the "boss" comes out.

For those who had previously completed it and are trying to get badges to trigger: going back and beating a level activated all except the I Like Tortoises badge for me. For that one, I had to upgrade a single unit by one step.

I'm sorry, but to start off one of the green levels, I do not want 7 spells in a row, followed by a single bomb monkey.

This..I don't even know what to say. Best way to describe it, is Nano Kingdoms mixed with Epic War 3-5. And..both NK and EW5 are..some of my favorites games ever..so this..holy shit. It's a fusing of everything I love about those games. So this for me is just amazing. I can't recommend it highly enough. Finally an amazing game gets badged.
