Fantastic game! The levels weren't necessarily in order of difficult. And providing a slo-mo mode or ability (even if it could only be sustained for short periods of time) would have made this more of a zen puzzle... As it is still very even if my fingers were pressed against the keys a bit hard. :P

I would like to say well done to whichever original and creative developper made this superb little game! The level design was just right so that the game managed to progress in difficulty while remaining rewarding and fun. I also like the pacing of the grand finale. All in all a great bit of game design!

Looking at "other games by this developer"...yep, I see the DNA. Will people learn to stop messing around with Mesoamerican puzzle temples?

lovely sound and visuals, superb game play. There were parts of the level design that made me excited once I noticed them. most fun ive had with a platformer in a while

I found Temple and Sky frustratingly difficult at first but then ended up playing them through dozens of times. I hope to say the same about this one, but man, it seems like you're asking my brain to do things it just can't :)

I like this game, I immediately thought it was the same developper as temple of the four serpents (-:
I like the platforming, and I like the simple beginning and end to put context, I felt really great when he just left and that as over.
I feel like the game is saying : here is a nice concept, I'm a nice platforming game, but nothing too pretentious, hope you liked it ?
And I liked it.

Haven't seen a platformer concept this unique take off in a while. It's very well executed but it's too hard! 5/5, only criticism would be the difficulty curve, but maybe that's just me.

Once I got back out of the mirror realm I was able to wall jump (by spamming left + right + jump against a wall) and go through the wall at the very left, which then put me back in the mirror realm at the last checkpoint I was at. I was then able to complete the trial again and nothing broke but it was humorous nonetheless. Other then that, great and solid game.

You can find the secret room to the right of the altar in the real world, one of the sections of wall is an illusion, you can get onto the ledge with a precise jump form the stairs, and then jump against the wall. Doesn't matter if at the beginning or end of the game, but if it's the beginning, you'll have to carefully jump over the mirror.

Very good game! The check points were placed well, so while the sections became more challenging, they were always just manageable (for me), even if some of them took lots of tries. The end bits, hard, thought I'd give up, but eventually got there!

This game was going strong until the boss battles. They kept going on and on and on, very much not playing to the game's strengths. I'm on the seventh screen of this now just end it.

I died and was immediately returned to the main title, could only start a new game again. I'm guessing I'm supposed to spawn at the checkpoints, might want to have a look at that.

Great difficulty curve, just challenging enough without relying on insane twitch reflexes or pixel perfect timing. Very well done, excellent little platform/puzzler.

Please disregard my previous comment on the timer. It appears I had copious amounts of lag in my first and second playthroughs, so the game was basically running at half speed. I don't know what happened, but it's fine now. I assume the timer start when pressing "new game", and ends when you pick the yellow arrow, right?
Almost, but not quite. The timer goes up whenever the player is playable. So it starts when the first small cutscene of the game is finished, and ends when the final little cutscene is triggered (so that's a bit after the yellow arrow). The timer is paused during all cutscenes and textboxes, and it still saves when dying or quitting the game.

Fantastic game. I'm not very good with fast reaction time and precise timing, so I don't tend to play games that require it, but occasionally a game is good enough to be worth it. Love the mechanics, the difficulty level, and the great retro sounds and graphics. Well done!!!
