I kinda wish there was some secret ending to have everything for yourself to become an immortal emperor with an equally immortal wife (also ice cream). Some of the endings could have had variations too, like imagine sleeping right next to the gong.

this game is complete and utter ridiculous. i give it 6/5 stars if i could. very entertaining and fun and short and stupid. i lol'ed at the endings

Brilliant, I loved it! Such a simple game, but 10 endings inside of it. I also appreciated the skip buttons, those made it way less annoying.

So if you fall asleep in front of the ice cream guy, you can wake up, not buy ice cream and then insult him by going directly to sleep.Perfect game 10/10

I thought I was being smart by leaving the mallet since it was tempting me but I got 3 endings just like my personality.

The game wasn't tracking the progress, so I thought it will be like other games, no progress tracked but achievement unlocks anyway -> it didn't
So I tried to redo some endings and all endings always say "new ending" despite finishing this ending few times already o-o

Everyone, the lesson to learn from this game is that before you give away things (whether time, money, or a Golden Mallet of Enlightenment) to find the answer to a question, you may want to think of you really want to spend whatever on getting the true answer. Because the true answer may be completely boring, and you'll be called an idiot for wasting your time. Like that MIT study that just came out after spending who knows how much time and money to end up saying that subway trains in New York City heavily contributed to the spread of coronavirus in New York City. First ending.... Isn't it obvious? Grab the mallet and make like a bandit. Saved the best ending for last though. Who wouldn't trade a golden mallet for ice cream?

Why would you choose a game for BOTD where your progress isn't even saved?? The endings don't get counted; no matter how many you get of them...

The game is charming, but very short and not much gameplay, so I'll give it a 3/5 for the effort and novelty. I don't give 5 stars easily. For 5 stars it'd have to be one of the best Flash games. Look at mobile games: most of them have 4-5 stars, but are trash. Somehow most people give those games 5 stars even with obvious predatory microtransactions. I'd rather give this game 5 stars than those. At least it's completely free.

There are 10 endings. All the obvious ones, but also standing still for a while and not understanding the explanation of the genie.
