It's broken. After you complete the first level it sends you to the menu which is busted. Nothing on the menu works except the settings icon and the settings. I can't select the upgrade menu or another stage so it's stuck.

pro tip the game doesn't save too well, i unlocked level 16 and was farming to get enough damage and stuff for the final boss (shoudn't be that long in a better game) and now 1 day later i have no save file and have to do it all over again, if you're not playing for badges avoid this game, also memory leak doesn't seem to be a problem, if it is just use the lowest graphics settings

I don't understand why people are saying you need to grind to max to beat the final level. I've played this game at least 3 times over and have never replayed a level I had beaten and if I did fail one I normally would play it again and beat it. Zombogod is tough, but very beatable. Maybe I've just gotten lucky or something but I never had to grind.

A memory leak is related to RAM, which mine sits at the usual 40%; what we have here is called a CPU spike, but hilarious that you all copied each other trying to pretend you know something about programming XD Memory leak, rofl smh

Zombogod-defeating strategy: Grind level 15 until everything is maxed out, Including your heroes' skills and your upgrades. Once you've spent 10 to 30 minutes doing this, take on the boss. Only aim for Zombogod's head. Your maxed-out heroes can do the rest. Use your power-ups on the zombies, not on the boss! All power-up attempts against him are futile and do no damage! Only shoot his minions if you have to. If he walks towards you, no matter, he won't even travel halfway across the map before you finish him off. I hope this helps! Go get 'em Zombo Buster Rising!

Figured it out. The skull represents how many lives are leaked if that zombie reaches your base. Does anyone know how to beat the boss?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Does anyone know what the skull means in the zombie stats? Originally I thought it counted for the number of lives that zombie had, but the Big Lud has 2 skulls. Is it difficulty?

I've been playing survivor mode for an hour now. I have 20M points and I don't even have the special weapons (because it's my first go at survivor). Is this just infinitely beatable or does it actually get hard at some stage?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
To beat the boss, you just need to focus on shooting the boss continuously and setting some mines off in his mouth. I let a million zombies through and didn't die before I killed him and I still didn't die.

A few notes: 1) Many people have written that you must not upgrade rocket launcher's ammo size, otherwise he would shoot slower. That is not true, for the current version at least. (Granted, he won't shoot faster either.) The rocket guy shoots every 4.5 seconds with an ammo size of 1 (and everything else max upgraded). With ammo size upgraded to 6, it still takes ~4.5 s for every single shot, be it a normal one or one with reload. So, you can upgrade rocket ammo - as the last thing. And upgrading all stats gives you another ingame achievement, so you can max all diamond upgrades. 2) I also experienced no memory leak in the current game. If it's getting very slow, then you can change quality setting to low. 3) Game does save progress. Unless your browser is badly configured. I noticed one exception/bug - in survival mode. The medals that can be used for buying items seem to not get saved. So, if you're refreshing the page, all medals are gone. And once, even my bought items were gone...

The game can't even handle its own final level. The further into the level you get, the more it slows down, and there are even a couple graphics glitches that appear.

This game is such a hard grind and even with maxed npcs and maxed skills boss is still a problem. Boss win depends on luck.

For all the people sayd the game doesnt save, do this to fix it, worked for me (assuming you are using mozilla firefox).

the grey-out countdown on the spells isn't dark enough, nor is the audio for them being ready loud enough. i've not noticed they've been ready far too often because any sign of that being the case in imperceptible in the chaos.

Everything in this game *reload* feels pitifully underpowered. I'm sure *reload* that it's "balanced" from a *reload* numbers perspective, but it's *reload* just not *reload* fun.

Can the refugees please be immune to my NPCs? I mean it doesn't make any sense that my NPCs actually try to kill them right?

Played it yesterday to get the badge. Made it all the way to Lv. 9 for good measure. Came back today and my saved game file was gone. Really? Actual game files was too hard on you Firebeast? 1/5.

If the game is lagging too much for you, refresh the page and try not using any keyboard shortcuts at all. I think it triggers the memory leaks. I played for 2 hours without touching the keyboard and it ran smoothly, then started pressing keys and it lagged to hell in 5 minutes.

The problem with the game's "grindiness" isn't that the prices on the upgrades are too high, it's that the difficulty scaling is too high. Difficulty here is much more stats-based than skill-based, and the last few levels pretty much require every possible upgrade. Then Survival mode feels pointless since money doesn't do anything anymore. If the campaign could be completed at 75% upgrades, it would be more fun throughout and Survival would be more interesting to try.

As far as I can tell, increasing the Rockteer's mag size isn't slowing down his shots. According to the stats, his reload time is faster than his fire rate, but leaving mag size at lv1 was causing him to just sit there after reloading while he waited out his fire rate's "cooldown". I'm pretty sure his mag size actually just has no effect on anything, once his reload is as fast as his fire rate.

For those struggling with the final boss, aim for the boss himself. Your allies will deal with the other zombies. The damage is slow, but you should eventually take him down. Use time machine as much as possible to stun the boss for a short period of time leaving him vulnerable. Use bomb of duty when he calls in more zombies (or you can use it on the little tower he spawns), and use air strike in a last minute pinch to save yourself or if the battlefield is flooded with zombies. As for upgrades, prioritize damage and attack speed, they're your most important upgrades. The rest is up to you, except NEVER GO FOR AMMO (SUPER MAGAZINE) ON THE ROCKET LAUNCHER, IT IS A DOWNGRADE. Probably would invest points into ammo first (except rocket launcher), then reload, then special skills. Also, refuges don't come on the last level, so you don't need to put any gems into there, focus on bullets first, then the spells, starting with time stop. Hope this helps.

Level 15 gives over $30,000 per run if you save the soldiers. Weapon upgrades give MASSIVE damage boosts so prioritize them to reduce grinding and move forwards faster (since later levels give more money). Boss is hard but doable 1st try if you upgrade everything. BUT! Like tibiaowns said, you must not upgrade rocket ammo. I feel sorry for the poor souls who play the game before reading comments. Null Bullet is also unimportant IMO.

haha anyone notice the TOP from big bang reference? Boom shakalaka. haha amazing kudos to the game designer. I love how we are making friends and having conversation as we fight zombies side by side

never played such an unenjoyable defense game... the weapons and skills are little without any impact, the upgrades are way too expensive, and the zombies are way too tanky and too many.
getting forward means usually just grind to get some upgrades, that eventually help you to get some kills faster...
wouldnt recommend to go for the hard badge, its just not worth the nerves youre going to lose...

I thought the whole point of using zombies in shooters was to make bodyshots less valuable? But this game doesn't have headshots...
