I like this game but when the enemies that don't get pushed back by waves show up, it turns to crap. First, there's no visual cues to know they are such until you face them. Second, on level 21 there's too many at once and they have large health.
I'm hoping the black hole powerup will work but I haven't bought it yet.

10/10 I love to see games that don't have bugs. It doesn't matter what type, this is a well made game. Adding to Fav.

Really enjoyed the game, loved the variation, upgrades and simplistic feel - good job :D A few little things:
1. It's hard to see some enemies if they are the same colour as the background, perhaps for a future instalment, make all enemies one type of colour (hot or cold) and have the background as the opposite.
2. The rocks which float around you - could you make them square? Kinda confusing having circle enemies and rocks!
3. Bullet spray types (would be cool to further customise, such as machinegun, shotgun, rockets etc.) Perhaps some levels would require you to switch spray type to order to win.
4. Finally not really for me, but I'm sure other people would appreciate it if you were to make a sequel: an endless mode, where the enemies get slowly tougher and a highscore is rewarded at the end.

I had a small issue with the level not ending after i apparently killed all of the enemies. I even waited quite a long time to make sure they weren't pushed back or anything. I didn't know how to manually exit, so I just refreshed the page.

Also, the Bigger! upgrade seems to do nothing to the size of my bullets. It did for like 2 seconds at the beginning of one level, but then they became small again.

I'd like to see the gameplay in a square arena because when things come at me from the top or bottom, I have less time to react. It's making level 21 a matter of waiting for the RNG to make all those push/pull-immune browns come from the side.

This is a fundamentally well put together game. A few minor improvements could be suggested. Keep it up dev I look forward to more from you.

fun game but the green good guys and green bad guys, you cannot tell apart. or with the green they hide in the background. Be great if one was black and one was white, or something more distinct and isn't camouflaged into the back.

This is a really addictive game and I like it a lot. That's why I was so disappointed when I waned to play it again and all my achievements were gone and I had to start from scratch :(

1 itsy bitsy thing: european keyboard layout is QWERTZ. Being able to change keybindings ingame is a huge QoL improvement. Can't just change layout during work :P
Thanks for the nice words! :) Not all european keyboards have qwertz :p, I'm dutch and for me it is still qwerty. I think I made "y" an alternative button for "z" though.

This is an extremely well made game. I like how it doesn't take much to get you really interested in it, and it doesn't take much to get to where you need to go, but still makes it challenging. I have found one slight bug though. I seem to defeat every enemy, but the level continues like there was one. It also makes it a tad hard to just deter the bug because I have no button to exit the level when I need. I'm not trying to push it upon you, but I feel like if you would add/fix those, it would make the game a lot better.

Nice game, but you left a debug feature in. For each enemy, there is a single white pixel just in front of it in the direction that it's moving.

I must admit this is a pretty damn good game. Second, you are doing great and getting better with each game you make can't wait to see the next game coming from you!
hehe wierdly enough I can't wait either :P, I'm working really hard but life does get in the way sometimes. My estimate is that it will take another week or two. I'm trying to make my next game have tons of content! :)

Would be nice to have more to do, done everything already, maybe another 60 levels, or a hard mode? :P Or even an infinate mode a bit like pewpewemup?
Infinate mode was suggested :p, But I wan't to focus on my next game right now to make sure that it comes out before I go on holidays :P! After that one is out I"ll maintain my previous two a bit more ^^!

The try again button would work better if it just restarted the level when you die instead of going to the upgrade menu. Maybe have it do just that and add an upgrade button next to it so you can have a choice.

To all those saying level 21 is hard, there's a trick to it! Let the little green dudes attack you, a side effect is your gun goes into over-drive, you can use that to beat the level :)

On the last level, the big ones are effected by wave and black hole. You should use the black hole to slowly move them next to each other so that you can keep them away the entire round, buying time to kill everything else.

a configuration for the hotkeys would be nice. in europe its quite complicated with the "z" and "y"...
but its an entertaining little game! gave it 4 stars

The insta-kill small green enemies are kind of annoying, especially when the background has such low contrast with the bullets and the enemies at the same time
