This game has been around for years so you might say it copied cutlass reef because that was HERE earlier but this has been all around the web for ages before it came here.

If they'd named it Cutlass Reef II, would you have called it a rip off? This is a good upgrade to a cool game. 4.75/5. They should have referenced Cutlass Reef, though.

dazim666 u can choose which side u fire on v toggles between firing up or down which is displayed by which way the arrows on the ammo count are pointing

Sorry, try again. Copyright is only valid for the person who creates or the corp who owns by proxy on amalgamations under contract....you don't get a copyright by stealing a game, it comes into being upon creation...You do have to send the product to the Library of Congress before you can claim damages though.

In the instructions in says "Decreasing the quality can greatly improve the gmae performance." just thought i would point that out

not only is it a rip off of several other games its allso worse then all of them at least in the others you can chose what side of your ship you fire

if its not copy righted then anyone can rip it off and call it their own and even get the copy right for them selfs so in truth he could make it so the person who made treasure of cutlass reef was the person who was breaking the law

COPYRIGHT INFRINGMENT! yes i am aware that TOCR (treasure of cutlass reef) probably wasnt copyrighted, but really, i thought it was the same game, same interface, wave setup, ship design, EVERYTHING IS THE SAME!!! GET SOME ORIGINALITY YOU LOSER!

when i read exact copy of cutlass reef, i thought, oh it bound to at least have different graphics... i was wrong... its basically the same everything except for those powerups

its a good game the strategy is ripped off (or given permission), possible this is promotional game for an online game but still idc about anything if its ripped or not its still a good game 5/5
