Again , a TD game , which is a disaster because of the impossible to achieve , to begin with , it is not known how many waves there are , in a single very small map , with enemies that are too fast and strong , a tip , do not lose more than three minutes trying , because he does not have a dignified and decent solution

This game has an active pause, which is great, and seemingly most issues that have arised in this game were addressed in the second version. This thing is beatable, showdown is in fact endless and is meant to kill you, but it can be stalled and after that one can rack high enough scores with HAT.

"- Place money towers as early as you can
- Upgrading a tower is usually better than buying a new one"
did you even played this game before you upload it?

I just released a sequel to this game that features several difficulty levels and maps:

A TD game where so many of the towers are totally worthless and never used. Whats the point in that? Laser towers for the first 3 waves, Sell them, then Heavy and slow towers after. You dont use any other towers. Pointless. Rebalance this game and it will be one of the best TD games out.

Guide version 1.1
Can you beat the showdown level? (lvl60, I guess)
How to get to showdown level:
1. Build Laser Tower
2. Build 2nd Laser Tower as soon as you got the dough.
3. Upgrade reloads.
4. Sell both towers when first slow wave comes into play.
5. Buy Heavy Tower.
6. Upgrade immediately as much as possible.
7. Only buy slow, Heavy and money towers. Upgrade focusing on reload and damage. Slow range obviously( they stack)
8. Voilá.
I only build towers in the middle down and have easily gotten to the showdown level.
Cheers,
f

In order to make this more friendly you should add a difficulty setting. 50% life, 75% life, 100% life the way it is now, and 125% life for the creeps.

Its actually really good guys, out two lvl 2 towers, then sell them and put a lvl 3 tower, after that the game is much more balanced and you can get to much higher lvls

This game is truly a test of tower defense strategy and your ability to take the punishment of starting all over again only to be defeated around level 55. For a game this tough to master, you should at least get to "win" at some point, rather than to be crushed by a the game creator's sadistic impossible wave. Slow towers and artillery as already stated are the only way to get very far into the game. I use a single kill zone with around eight fully upgraded artillery towers and four overlapping slows. Hope to see an updated version. 3/5

erm am I missing something here or is the catapillar wave there just to kill the chance of this game getting any good ratings?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Oh come on..... If you're going to have multiple waves that spawn on top of each other, at least spread out the creeps themselves so the guns have time to kill more than one of the bunch.
This game is so friggin unbalanced it's frightening.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
wow. A TD that you simply can't generate enough money to put down more than a couple towers. Or upgrade them enough.
Balance is important people.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
This is so unbalanced it hurts to play and to anyone crying about people's low opinion of this game doesn't understand that the first ten levels are s'pose to be throw aways so you can get into the feel of the TD. Otherwise I definately understand why this gets a low rating; you simply can't get into and have fun with a game that makes a chore of the first level.

I like it but..... way to quick starting the onslaught we need a few moments to position some cannons or what ever they are.....

On the fifth try I got past the beginning and to level 45. The trick is to get two laser towers, and when the first slow wave comes sell both and get a heavy tower that you upgrade before the wave gets to your tower. The rest you'll have to figure out yourselves. Looking forward to an update version.

phooltk: Showdown is intended to be impossible to survive. If you can kill even a single enemy once you get to showdown, that will be the farther than I got. I went with this option rather than having a 'You Win' message. In the next version of this game, it will be possible to play for longer before getting to showdown.

To all the people saying this is too hard and they can't get past wave 2~10.. Giving it a 1/5 for that. OHNOES a TD that isn't just build a bunch of tiny towers and you win. Cry me a river. This is one of the harder TD's I've ever played, this is true. But that's WHY it's a good one. Most TD's are blantently easy. 5/5 friend, great job. Though, you should change things just a bit, to make the towers a bit more balanced :)

If I set up camp on a straighter bit of road that should help longterm, at the sacrifice of a couple of early lives, too.

gave it another go, couldn't get even the 1st enemy of showdown below 5.5-6k health. I probably need more slow and I did sell my money towers (I had ~8 of them, built before wave 20 at the same time as 3rd and 4th artillery) 10 waves early so I'm not quite giving up yet.
