EVERYBODY WHO THINKS THIS GAME IS RIGGED.Go try playing cautious.Cautious is much less likely to get 4 free rolls and stuff.Reckless tries to get 1000's of points at a time by risking it.Us mere humans are too cautious.

Fun addictive game, thanks!
"even a complete master can lose to a lucky novice, and that signifies a broken game in concept." No Mephistic, that signifies the element of luck.
I'm not sure I understand your comment about the awards are "incredibly luck based". I started playing this game 4 or 5 days ago, and have steadily worked my way to 87 awards for the Hard badge. That was not luck, that was planning, playing the game how it needed to be played, with the particular award in mind.
Anyhooooo, it's a fun game, my thanks to the developer. :)

The game is clearly random, but awards for consecutive wins where even the easy CPU can just roll three 1500 point rolls in a row? Ugh. Fun game, I guess, but the awards and hard badge are incredibly luck based. Not that there is no skill involved, but even a complete master can lose to a lucky novice, and that signifies a broken game in concept.

Amazing. I used to call this game 'ten thousand', but regardless of name thank you creator for putting this game on Kong. 5/5

This is weird i got first one 1 at the top then next roll 1 under then 1 under that and so on all they way down thats like 1 in 100000000000000000000000000000.

Haha WTF? The computer on Realist just got more than 4000 points on a turn, rolled til she had one die left, rolled that too, and zilched on it. Surely it'd be programmed to bank at a time like that?

this game roooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooocks
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Oh, and someone (not me) worked out the chance of zilching with whatever number of dice: 5 dice=7.7%, 4 dice=15.7%, 3 dice=27.8%, 2 dice=44.4%, 1 die=66.7%. Another tip is that you can select individual dice. If it says "2 ones" or 2 fives" you can just take one by clicking on the dice. I didn't know that for ages but it really helps.

Ok, roughly 15 out of 1,000 people will start up a game and the computer will RANDOMLY roll a straight first off the bat, giving them 1,500 points and a free roll. This game has 1,680,472 plays. So we could expect that around 25,000 people would have this happen to them. What's the bet that they all post in the comments to bitch? Well there are only 722 pages of comments so far, though the number of plays will probably be multiple. 12,839 Favourited and a rating of 4/5, so clearly quite a few people know what RANDOM means. If you post to complain about the random number generator, remember you are less intelligent than 12,839 people.

OK - I just did a long and very complicated set of statistical analysis ;). With three dice unscoring, it is better to take one scoring die on the subsequent roll and re-roll the remaining two than to take two dice and re-roll only one. The total cumulative chance of scoring on all six dice using the first strategy is 27.76%, while the second strategy gets you a total chance of 24.49% of scoring on all six dice. Trying to get to 6,000 in one turn...

I think it's a great game, sure the CPU wins more than I do, but I expect a CPU to do that. Some of the awards given are precisely given for losing anyway...I'm addicted to getting all 100 awards...

i got owned by a reckless... he had 3 freerolls in 1 turn, makeking over 6K. He had 8 zilch and i had 2... i kept have 1 ands 5 and at each 2 - 3 turn he had a crazy bank.. its rather unfair
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
eeeaah that calculation was'nt quite right i think :P,
ehhm it would be for precisely one 5 or one 1
4/6 x 4/6 x 1/6 because it can't be more than one so the odds slightly change but i don't think you mind to get an extra 1 or 5 so i'll let it be 1/3
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
ehhm ojeah:P a chance of 1 means 100% chance and 1/3 will be 33.333333% ;)
and wel you can calculate the rest for yourselves :P it's not that hard
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
first dice 1/3
second dice 1/3
third dice 1/3
if you want em all being a 1 or a 5 jou should muliply them.
1/3 x 1/3 x 1/3 = 0.037
if you only want two being scored it doesnt matter what the other one is so i'ts a chance of 1 that you get that one correct so the calculation will be as following,
1 x 1/3 x 1/3 = 0.111
and if you only want one dice being 1 or 5 it'll be
1 x 1 x 1/3 = 1/3 as cudiel sayd
hope you find this usefull :P

with three dice rolls, the odds of getting a one or a 5 on at least 1 dice is 33.333333 each time, so the odds of getting nothing on that three times in a row is 3.7037037036666667 percent
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Can anyone give me the odds of rolling at least one point value (either a one or a five) if I only have three dice left to roll? I just rolled a triple then nothing three times in a row and was wondering if that was just bad luck or if I am rolling against the odds?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
350 in 1 turn could have kept going but wasnt worth risking.
it's a freaking game dude wtf you talkin about risking and stuf you aint gonna die if you zilch :P whahahaha i'm still trying to get 6000 in one turn it seems almost impossible i don't care if i win or lose i just want 6000 so i'll have 97 badges only 4 more to go and then i'll have the hard badge:P
