Controls suck, i always squinted to see anything and overall was not a great experience, but the dan mcneely self-parody at the end was worth it

Good game. Only drawback was the annoying music with the guy laughing during boss fights. And you can't mute it in-program....had to mute my speakers. The final boss was very hard. I ended up just hunkering down behind my shield and doing a quick jab with my cleaver for about half an hour but it worked. How come there are treasure chests inaccessible? And I only found one body armor. Didn't get the initial gloves. I think they were in the treasure chest that you can't get to in the Essence Forest (1st scenario). You can't roll under the spiky monster stalactite that was blocking the chest and I couldn't find any entrance coming from the right.

How do you open this thing??
It says press space, I press space. Then I get the credits for script and music. Then... nothing. There's nothing to press to start anything.

I liked this game, kind of easy and short but good, the final bosses were a piece of cake, (just shield jab, you literally become invincible to their attacks) other than that, very enjoyable!

Only problem i found in this game is basically, the çast 2 bosses are extremelly strong, they have gigantic life and attack, they attack super fast and yout dont have any second to strike back cause after recieving the first hit, there is a second a third aaand your life is gone. I took a lot of time to beat the first of the last bosses, but the second killed me, and now i have to beat the first one again? The character need at least half second of invulnerability or it gets almost impossible to defend against bosses :/ but still a good game, i got no patience to beat'em but a good game 4/5 now

Really loved the history and the cutscenes, really creative and the dialogs are clean with wellmade subtitles. Good work 5/5

Ok so I can never seem to find all of the armor... Are there some slots that just have nothing to gain or am I missing things?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I can't seem to fill all the slots. I also can't get to the Abandoned Terrain. Anyone else?
I love this game so much I played it every morning first thing when I wake up. Love the voice acting so much. I'm almost obsessed. Amea 2 please!!

One of my favorite games on Kongregate honestly. Art and Music that support the theme well, solid gameplay that's easy to learn, and an upgrades and leveling system that balances fun against challenge nicely. And, of course, I love dark fantasy.

Wow, I got stuck at the very start of the game because I couldnt find out how to start for abouta year. WHen I sawte "Space to start" flash, I instantly told myself I was a retarded dumbass idiot.

Very good game, not perfect thou. Few minor gliches brings score to 4/5.. like difference in volume comparing male and female voices :(( and music stopping after phoenix :(( was kinda boring beating final boss without music

Wow. Just. Wow. That game was amazing. I'll admit, it was a little annoying at the beginning, but once I had a map, every was so much fun. The last two bosses were a huge challenge, but very well worth it. Great voice acting, not annoying music, unique level up and equipping mechanisms. I give this a 5/5

oh god, every time i play the game, i kill the thing (is it a zombie? i dunno) that goes in the house when you wake up at the start, and then go out in the street, walk for three screens, then suddenly get really scared and play Papa's Freezeria. i feel scared...mummy...help...

Seems like a cool game- my only complaint is the sound waulity- the dudes voice is much louder than Ameas... and it's obnoxious to turn it up and down depending on whos talking. 4/5
