Uhm, didnt anybody else feel the SILENT HILL vibes when you first wake up in lockmarne and the little while after that? Bad lights, zombies, lots of blood and other kinds of mangeld corpses and eerie voices?

For anyone having trouble with the final boss, or any phase. Level regeneration to 10, and turtle in a corner. for any regular enemy, spam fireball solves everything. Final boss comes down to maxed out level Argos alongside copious amounts of corner turtling with shielded attacks.

At the end, to defeat the two last bosses - the shielded guy and the master - you NEED to wear a shield too. just watch your controls for better skills. For me the combo shield+attack worked the best.

For those looking for a bit simpler way to win the later fights, really a level 10 fireball is more than good enough. 2 or 3 hits takes villagers, and the spell pretty much machine guns. Also remember to upgrade your flying bone buddy spell, he's quite useful for the Valde/Eye boss fights. Use him as much as possible and just spam fireballs, use a few healing potions if things get hairy (You've probably been carrying 20 forever anyway without noticing, the green bottles in your inventory ;p ) Anyway - do that and fireballs and flying bone monster will kick the hell out of them both in short order. (Note also that fireball is a lot easier to get off while being attacked than a melee attack is, shorter animation.) You want at least a few levels of frost armor too - helps a lot by slowing the bastards' attacks down.

the game has an incredible idea for a story. One of the most creative I have ever seen, unfortunately the game is too short, if godlimations had made this game bigger used more the story would have created a game that would compete with the best ones of the site like epic battle fantasy or mardek.

Not the best, or most balanced of games, or of story, but earns a literal ton of bonus points for the atmosphere. It perfectly nails the looming sense of wrongness, but no real discernable reason.

Going out of the first tabern where you take the shield, i pushed many times the movement and A S D buttons and the game collapses, 3 minutes forward the games was in an infitnite loop shielding, doing a backwheel, attacking "something" invisible and shielding again... unstable game.

HINT:
Before killing the Eye, go all the west to the ice cave entrance and pick up a better armor, then go all the way east to the harbor of Olwen and pick up a better cape. That'll make it A LOT easier.

Not very difficult, but fun regardless. I didn't even cheese with the shield, either. XD Just ranked up frost shield, fireball, and Shock. Shock spammed the last boss to death with no difficulties.

i just went back and forth on amea page, turning it from light to dark, dark to light, light to dark, dark to light, light to dark, dark to light, light to dark, dark to light, light to dark, dark to light, light to dark, dark to light, light to dark, dark to light, light to dark, dark to light, light to dark, dark to light.

No, really. How do you use the spells? I want to fireball someone/something in battle or out of battle, but I have no idea how to use it, I've tried every key...

Oh, found the solution right away: Just walk back to the boat again, jump and make it go back. It has been registered that the snow boss is defeated and the game goes on. Cool.

OK, I defeated the second boss, then the game froze because of the lift glitch. I reloaded and woke up after last autosave. MAde my way back to the snow king. But this time, the lift won't go down to his pit, the lever won't react.

Not bad. Jump animations could be smoother, especially landings. Graphics:4/5.
Controls were good, but double-tap-to-dash would occasionally trigger on a simple direction change, and sometimes wouldn't trigger on a solid double-tap. The variety of attacks was interesting, but all I really used was the basic combo and the block+attack combo. I would like to see spell integration in the combos as well, perhaps tack a lightning spell on the end for an explosive finish or something. Controls:4/5
Gameplay and story were both top notch. You used gameplay as a means of advancing a well written story. Kudos, 5/5, 5/5.
Overall: 4/5 Controls are something that need to be done perfect, every time, since they're how the player interacts with the game. If everything else is top notch, poor controls ruin the immersion (not that these are poor, but they weren't quite perfect), and thus put a damper on the players experience.

Failed to loot iron boots (big bad white warrior block my way), without boots cannot pick up a chest in ice caves, cannot come back from north lock.
Need "reset save" feature.
Good game 4/5

Nice game. A little too easy to level up spells, lol.
I spent ten mins just killing mobs and had a mass of upgrade points before i even had regen.
A well made game over all.

Should fix it so you have to hold space for a second or so to skip a cutscene, i accidentaly skipped the scene when you find valde in the cage when i was trying to use my inventory, missed some pretty important story right there \:

Extremely easy once you get any shield. Hold down the shield button, then hold your melee attack as well, and you'll beat any boss without moving (minus the yeti boss, you'll need to momentarily turn around as the screen changes) and without taking damage.

so on the game really has more difficulty in searching then anything else, the decorum doesn't get the eerie feeling much, and the story is rather strange... and suspiscious-like, fell off the elevator at times (annoying), don't forget to press spacebar when you reload this game (i think the message dissapears or something!), final boss was easy, just shield poking wins, this game could really use more difficulty, the foes seem to all spam 1 or two attacks and have nothing that hits the stalwart shielder.., this game really needs more challenge in gameplay... (sword shield & regen make an easy win..)
