The maps need to have food and lumber on them since after about 10k farmer / lumber trimps, they can't even pay for themselves in decades...
Ex: I currently have 12k farmer Trimps producing 103T food/sec - to buy another 100 (t be employing any more Trimps any time soon.

idle games are great but if u can't do the idle while offline mechanic please don't bother. I can't stand playing idle games while they have to be on my screen because I want to watch them :( if I watch them i want buttons to constantly click. If there is nothing to click I close them. If I close them and they don't run then I don't play thanks for the fun 10 hours or so that I did get out of another idle clone
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
One thing I see different from other idle games is well first of all not always clicking and you always have something to do may it be fighting monsters or chopping wood, and I like it

No matter how I try, I'm unable to make block scale at all. Somewhere around world 6-7, the damage dealt by enemies started vastly outstripping it and despite pumping Trimps into training and building as many gyms as I can my block rate never gets back above ~3% of the damage dealt.

At world 50 right now, done all the maps i could for it. 31 levels behind on coordination , at least 220k trimps still needing a job and suffering from severe lack of resources . The resources gained by trimp gathering really don't cut it at these levels

currently on world 50. I have 546 Qad HP and the enemy does 105Qad-158Qad DMG and I am being killed without doing damage. Please fix these types of bugs during the new update. World 50 is a brick wall.

Played this game for some time, in my opinion it needs a feature to exchange resources into another resource, another idea is to convert Gems into resources X Gems = X Resource, random moments on the map where you can do maps but you have a chance to run into a random square that possibly can be a good thing or a bad thing like a enemy base 1+ Levels above.

Never mind that comment. My computer did a bit of an update, forcing everything to close, and wiping my data. (thankfully I did a backup) Everything seems to be working again.

I am currently at World 46, and here are my overall thoughs:
- The amount of ressources gathered from farming/mining/cutting down trees is absolutely unsignificant when compared with what you gather from killing monsters. you should either nerf the amount gathered from killing monsters (making the game too boringly slow), or increase the amount farmed (making it too boringly easy). I'd suggest a mix of the two.
- Keep the idea of the gems only available through dungeon maps, it adds an extra incentive: sacrify lumber and food production to be able to later build better structures and have better weapons.
- Blocking is absolutely useless, as the ratio blocked gets exponentially low: I think I am not able to block only 1 millionth or 1 billionth of the damage I receive. Please make it more balanced, as it is only useful for the first 2-6 worlds after you unlock it.
Otherwise, this game have good potential and interesting game mechanics.

My game is entirely shattered. My trimps now have 0 HP 0 BLK and 0 PWR in battle, meaning they can no longer fight. On top of that, I can no longer hire workers, despite having 100 free. AND, the workers I do have, are no longer working. The only thing I can do is refresh the page, and buy another worker... which then does nothing. I can no longer play. Shame, because I was actually having fun with this. :(

At world map 50 I have hit a wall...can't even damage the enemy and supplies trickle in so slowly that it would take years to be able to increase any weapons armor or even build housing, not to mention how many trimps I can't employ but because I could in theory employ them I can't use them as fighting troops
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Disregard my earlier post, hover over info showed me the most ridiculous thing ever in an idle game, I was one trimp off. That is so annoying.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
My game broke. I was in the middle of a map, fighting things as usual, and I finally had enough trimps to merit the purchase of coordination. Now, I didn't know that coordinations don't stack, so I had "two." When I purchased a coordination while in the middle of a map, I thought it would be fine as I had done so before. My timing couldn't have been worse because as I was purchasing it, I just killed a creature and the game auto-saved as well. I am convinced all these factors combined are why my game broke. I can no longer continue fighting, I cannot change to the world, and I missed a chance for a coordination.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
There is a big gap in the usage of coordination books. I am a world 48, and have soo many of those books laying around, but can't use them, since I have no near the capacity of trimps
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Spending food to boost fighting or breeding (maybe feed and autofeed if more than 60 % of capacity?) would be decent. I thought it would be an important recource and now it's always full, even though only 6 of my working 35 trimps are farmers. Thus far, great game!!!
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Every time that I shut down the game and open it back up later the game is broken and nothing works. My trimps won't fight or gather, I cannot manually do anything and resources have stopped being gathered. The only fix I have found is resetting the game and this is incredibly annoying. If you could track down and fix this issue it would be much appreciated.

could you maybe add a fullscreen option because its hard to see the game with your zoom at 100 which makes you have to scroll to see what ever you need

Priority on buildings should be a nice addition. Making traps the lowest priority to be able to build those mansions right away instead of having to wait the whole line of traps to be built would be the best thing right now. Also, a way to build multiple buildings of the same type at once would be nice

Tutorial: Buy stuff with ressources and then it's only about wood. Update wood to 10 times everything else. Because Wood = Win. No Wood = Game Over
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
So I leveled how much food, wood, and metal i could before i went to bed really excited that i would have alot of stuff to buy when i got on the next day.....then i got on the next day and realized there if no offline gain, i really hope that changes soon that could be a make or break for me. other than that i think the game is great.

Got addicted a lot, great game! Also, job spaces are grown really hardly, you need to make function for getting more space for jobs or give houses and huts more space for jobs
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Also, as the world number goes up, the amount of trimps available by the land upgrades should grow, too. 5 trimps at world 14 is just negligible.

(and now the rest...)
Traps also become obsolete as soon as the Trimps start breeding. Is there an intention to have them for something else?
I would love more stuff to use my Science on. Right now, I have so much, it's not funny.
I'm looking forward to whatever story you add, because there could be a lot done with the fact that these trimps are dying forus in droves, fighting things that they've presumably been living with before we came along. Is there going to be a rebellion? Is there some sort of terrifying baddy waiting for us in one of these dungeons? There's a lot you could do and I would love to see it.
I'm looking forward to what you come out with in future updates. I'll certainly be keeping tabs on this.

First of all, really great game! There's a lot of concepts that stand out, like having the Trimps do all of the hard work and focusing on upgrading maximum storage in addition to production. Having side maps for when the main world gets too tough is a really great way to keeping going without beating your head on the same monster.
A few suggestions: definitely need a faster way to break maps and store fragments for later rather than using them right away. Also marking which ones have upgrades to find would be super useful. I hate getting into a 70+ tile dungeon with nothing at the end and having to sit through the whole thing. It's also rather annoying have dungeons from level 10 still hanging around at level 25-27.
There really need to be a food dump or whatever, because I earn way more food than I'll ever use. The most I can do for it right now is to raise my cap.
(continued...)

The population is seriously lagging behind. There is no way to build trimps fast enough to keep up. Needs more upgrades for the various housing complexes as the game progresses onward.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Its worth noting that the block stat falls off really hard, to the point of being useless. I understand that you don't want a full block build to be 0 damage, but if you've got 100% of your workforce on Trainer with as many gyms as you can reasonably afford, you should probably be blocking more than 0.1% of the enemy's damage. to be fair, none of the other workers are relevant late game, but a big investment in gyms would ideally not put you super far behind. This could be achieved with gym upgrades, or at least more frequent trainer upgrades.

all my 10 hours gameplay progress disappeared aftter refreshing the page. don't ask me why i won't ever play this game again
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I just checked back on the game to see your progress, and am disappointed to see that it's still an enormous fixed size form that exceeds my resolution (1280x1024, which is not unreasonable to ask you to accommodate in my opinion) and forces me to use scroll bars to see the whole game. No other game I have encountered on Kongregate does this - they all fit in my browser window except yours. Can you auto-size it or something? Go ahead and make a full screen option for those who want it, but, I'm just conveying to you that as an end user, if I have to use scroll bars, I won't play it. Just trying to help you make a product people will enjoy using. Thanks for listening.

I have to agree -- I'm at level 18, and the army hs completely dwarfed the internal economy in terms of production: all that matters is getting the balance between Worlds (for food/wood/etc.) and Maps (for gems) right to keep progressing, and I'm about 4 worlds behind on Co-ordination while still sweeping through things like no-one's business. I look forward to 1.0 very much.
