By world 12 i got over powered Trimps. You [brownprobe] should make the enemys at the higher levels moderately higher. Just an idea. :^]

Hey ! Good game, i liked the new ideas for an idle game :)
But I have some balance problems : from a certain point (I have 480k population), i can not employ more trimps (or some hundreds at a time, but I have 167k free trimps). Besides, I was dissapointed that there are no more housing solutions at levels 35 and 40 :( Is this the limit of the game ?
Another problem is with coordinations. I currently have it level 17 (=131k trimps), but I have 21 levels for which I got the books, but can't learn it because my total opulation is not enough. But no new building ? Maybe you should lower a bit the x2 multiplier for coordinations.
Really liked playing it anyway, and hope you'll come with plenty new ideas for the updates :)

i really hope that you dont loose your 4,2 rating because some people are too stupid to realise that you told everyone FROM THE BEGINNING that saves will be reset

@ueberbob i didn't fire anybody and i still regenerate 4.71M trimps/sec while having 615K of them. You'll get there without firing them.
@linoliumknife your foremen already build automatically, that's what they're for.

Also, when you reach the point that your Workers get you way less resources than your Fighters, fire off everyone but the scientists. That boosts your breeding so that your population refills much more quickly, enabling you to push further into difficult territory without slowing down too much. Right now, my population refills as quickly as my trimps go to fight - it's full before the first attack.

SilverFlame's description is just a little bit off. Half of the Trimps in a population are Worker Trimps, which can be employed (working) or not employed (breeding). The rest are Fighter Trimps, which can be coordinated (they go to fight when your active group dies) or uncoordinated (they stick around to breed when the coordinated trimps go to fight). Only Fighter Trimps can be coordinated, so you can't buy a coordination upgrade that would coordinate more than half of your Trimps. Where it says "X/Y employed", Y is the number you can coordinate. If X is close to Y, you don't want to coordinate close to Y, because your breeding will slow greatly when your active group dies and your coordinated trimps go off to fight. If your X is fairly lower than your Y (like 1/3 - 1/4 or less) then feel free to coordinate your max. The more potency upgrades you have, the closer X can be to Y without having to worry.

A cool feature you could add is combing the maps do get harder maps because so far none of the maps seem to be difficult

For everyone that is unable to buy coordination upgrades and doesn't know why: Half your Trimps are employed, meaning they will be the ones you distribute in your jobs section. Your other half are breeding trimps, which are used for making more trimps and battling. The last update added a check to see if you have enough breeding/battling trimps before getting the Coordination upgrade.
To see how many you need: See how many trimps are already used each fight (It's next to "Trimps" above your HP bar) and double it. This is how many trimps will fight after the upgrade.
Next: Look at your trimps window, at the "#/# employed" stat. The second number is exactly half of your trimps.
Is your fight number equal to or less than the employed number? The game may not let you get the upgrade, and if you can, you probably shouldn't. If you're barely above it, you'll have barely any trimps to breed after you fight.
If your employed number is bigger by a good amount, get the upgrade!

Guys, I just beat the game in 30 seconds.
After I got my first Trimp, all I did was set the custom button to 1,000,000 and hover over the Farmer tile. Then I got this notice:
"Thank you so much for helping test out the beta version of Trimps. You are currently at the end of the game. You are free to continue playing if you want, but balance will be bad, and numbers will not be stable. I am spending 100% of my free time trying to finish this game, check back in a week or two!"
Boom. Done. I should really become a professional speedrunner XD

You could make an area that displays what the Trimps look like with their gear... just something that I thought might be interesting

Found a little bug that lead to the endgame-message. Go into jobs click custom and type in 15000 (105k), then hover over a job to see the costs: food: infinity -> Thank you so much for helping test out the beta version of Trimps. You are currently at the end of the game. You are free to continue playing if you want, but balance will be bad, and numbers will not be stable. I am spending 100% of my free time trying to finish this game, check back in a week or two!

at some point your own production from workers aint adding up compared to what you can get on fighting. think this should be more balanced.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
upgrades get.. easier? You will get more housing, and then double that housing, but yes it is a constant fight for housing. I am currently at 18+30

It always says that i should expand my territory.I know thats a dumb question but i dont really know how to do that only with doing the world maps? my coordination is 17+19 441K trimps world lvl 40
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
After a while you start to recieve coordination faster than you can ever have trimps enouh to upgrade. im at world 54 and have 633K trimps and 35 coordination upgrades i cant use
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
block chanse soon becomes usless and cant keep up with monster dmg in a way that makes it meaningfull. im in world 54 now and have 640 gyms and about 20K trainers and they block for 8.32Qa and monsters Deal more than 10 Sxd dmg. block no longer matters a bit

Either make the game end at 50 currently, where it gets rediculous anyways *have to get to 1.0 whatever abbreviation decmal is. I stopped at 560somethingsomething, and that was it, on another file got it over to the next 3 0'S Name, don't even know, it was Qid or something, had to get to 1 Sxid to continue* or do MAJOR balance fixes and go to something like 100/1k/1m, whatever you had planned

Dude, if you are going to make my coordination research require certain amounts of Trimps it would be nice if you would indicate that number in the required resources section, because I have more than enough idle Trimps to double my fighting force but it just keeps saying I need to grow more. I now have 5 levels of it saved up.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Protip: buy lots of trainers. 20 trainers gives you 40 times your actual block. 50 gives you 9100 times your block. 100 trainers? 83 million.

Hi BROWNPROBE, that's a really great game that you made !
but, just one question, when will ht enext upgrade come ? =D
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
The update you just gave seemed to break the game for me, if anyone else experienced this try to make it go to the creator.

I was grinding some maps, until i realized you get gems and metal. Why no food or wood? is tehre any reason(probably you need more metal for weapons?) why not create maps like: red forrest15 which has only wood to collect, redvalley15 let you farm some food .... would be an interesting idea for later stages :)
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
started yesterday, played 10 hours. every now and then it sayd my progress has saved. today i start the game and im at 0
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I have noticed that food gets quite useless when you unlock the house. you could have less than 10 farmer and don't need more food than you produce.. insead I don't have enought wood with more than a 150 lumberjacks.. in my opinion the upgrades should require less wood and a little bit more food.

gotta say the concept of this game is amazingly fun.has more depth than i expected.i enjoy idle type games for some weird reason but this one is a notch above the others i have played.good job.

I feel like the coordination Upgrade can cut you in the fingers.. At the moment i have a capacity of 5080 Trimps. My Trimps are currently fighting in a group of 1024 and i can still upgrade Coordination twice, meaning they get to an ammount of 4096 = bigger then the amount of free Trimps :/
Also i feel like the Block mechanis is slowly but surely falling off.
At the moment i have 1.02B block, whilst my enemy's are easely hitting for 15T which means the block only blocks for like 0.01% of the damage :/
Maybe throw in an item that boosts the block as well? Or let the trainer Trimps stack multiplicitive instead of additive (probably have to tone down their straight up +% block then though)
For the rest, great game! enjoying it! Keep it up :D!

because you're going to reset the accounts if you do the really big update, can you just do parts of it at a time because i dont want to reset
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Protips (prior to version 1.0) final part: At around the coordination of 512, you should leave a good amount of trimps "unemployed" so they can help produce other trimps. When you unlock the hotel and resort, you should leave a LOT "enemployed" as well, because they help to regenerate trimps very quickly. You'll find that you're making MUCH more resources by battling in the maps and world than having them as workers. Additionally, don't feel obligated to use coordination as much, because if you're doing this right, your trimps will be extremely powerful from all of the map upgrades and do not need to double to in size just to stay ahead like you were forced to do before maps were introduced.

Really struggling to get my Block level up high enough to keep pace with enemy damage. I'm doing the Whispering Camp 6 Map, enemies hit for up to 1.73M and I'm hitting up to 1.42M which feels comparable. However, my Block level is only 228K with 35 Gyms and 40 Trainers. It's taking around 160 Trimps to kill one enemy which feels very, very slow in comparison to the previous sections of the game.

Protips (prior to version 1.0) part 2: In continuation between switching between maps and the world. You need the upgrades from the maps to make your trimps really strong and to get sweet upgrades to your housing. BUT, you also need to switch to the world regularly too because your maps have a limited amount of upgrades they can give, and the world unlocks higher level maps (meaning upgrades you can unlock when running those maps). Ignore the fact that you're given 5-6 maps at each level, you can only get 2 (3 if it's a 5th level) upgrades per level, in fact you can run the same map multiple times getting all of your upgrades, so getting multiple maps per level is pointless. You can obviously run the maps as many times as you want without getting upgrades, but if you want to progress fast in this, you need to switch between maps and the world regularly. Recycling maps is only good for getting rid of the clutter, there is no other benefit.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Protips (prior to version 1.0) part 1: Do NOT invest in trainers or gyms. You can do a little investment early on, but shortly after being introduced, they do nothing for you. At some point (maybe world 10???) you will find that to move forward you need to do a lot of switching between maps and the world. Maps are NOT random when they give you upgrades, and recycling does not mean you'll get an upgrade with the new map. Every LEVEL of maps give you about 2 upgrades MAX, with every 5th level giving an additional upgrade for your hotels. This means, if you are lucky to find the really quick maps with about 20 tiles, repeat this map a second time and then recycle every map at that level. You can (if you want to) run through the highest level map you have available multiple times as it will grab the upgrades from the lower levels until it reaches the cap at its own level.
