To beat the game I just ignore food. First day: add wood to the fire, make medicine until you have 3-4 stock, fix radio with engineer. Second day: group therapy. Repeat: add wood to fire even if it's still burning. Don't make medicine if you have enough, just fix the radio with the engineer.
The thing which always gets me is characters losing sanity, so group therapy every second day. If someone's sanity is too low then you can talk to them to help them a bit extra. Their animation will show how how low their sanity is
tldr: ignore food, do group therapy/talk, have medicine stock, fix radio

The worst thing is when you were planning to do a group therapy, didn't notice the fire was out, but realised before the you lost screen but couldn't undo it..
I really love this game, it's challenging but feels rewarding and doesn't feel unfair. Great game!

Great game! Finished it the 4th time with everyone alive. I needed to check everyday on every person's health, and not use the soldier for food (Marvin hunts very well when you have pet him, and the petting doesn't use an action). Keep 8 medicines in your stock, use therapy often and have the engineer work on the radio each time you have an action left and the group is calm.

Once you get to the strategy,it gets suppper easy!! All you need is to do is stock at least 8 meds on the 1st & 2nd days then use therapy most often,bring woods. When there will be only few days left,at that time use robot mostly to repair & engineeer if u're running late.

Day 15: I noticed the doctor wasn't moving, so I cured him. The next day he got the virus again, so I cured him. The day after that, the doctor died because of the Medusa Virus. WHAT THE HECK?

also I love this game because of its survival style to it and overall its a game I would love to play all day.

This game is terrible, way too difficult and needs to have the difficulty turned to a tenth of its current state, all games should be rather easy to beat.

Wouldn't be so hard if everything weren't completely random. I had the doctor get infected 3 times in the first 10 days, and he and the engineer both went from 5 morale to running off in the same night.

Not sure what I'm doing wrong. Everyone keeps running away, and the second time I played, my character committed suicide. What's the point of having medicine if you can't use it?

After 3 hours I finally made it to the end with everyone alive and in their "happy position" (for lack of a better term). Great game! Wish there was a badge!

Help:
Repair the radio as quickly as possible. This ensures that you have less things to deal with later on in the game.
ALWAYS keep morale level at 3 or more. People will start thinking about running away.
Watch the fire. Add wood if necessary.
When you hear wild animals, prepare as much as you can. Use the Psychiatrist's "Group Therapy" option as much as possible following the morale drop.
Keep a look at the number of actions you have. You start out with 5, and it goes down when people die or get infected. According to the amount of people alive and dead, this indicates whether or not someone's infected.
Always have at least 1 Med at stock. If the Doctor gets sick and you have no Meds, you can't save him.
Avoid hunting. Hunger doesn't kill anyone. Morale is more important.
Animal attacks occur at 28 days till rescue and 9 days till rescue.

Medusea (virus) infected victims are random.
