Game is honestly too hard. Not sure if it's because of monitor speed or what. Too many button inputs at opposing places.

At least for those who aren't habitual rhythm gamers, this "lives" system is impossible to (re-)learn with. Example: there's a non-visible internal cooldown on losing lives, which makes it hard to get a feel for what's close enough and what's not. A player will think they've "recovered" while they're still too far ahead or behind, and then lose their next life without knowing why.

It's fun and I love pretty much anything rhythm but I just cannot play downscroll; I've been an upscroll player so many years that trying to play down gives me motion sickness.

Nice game, my only complaints are:
Distracting background;
Green Week being so much harder then anything else in the game.

The impossible badge is ridiculously easy compared to something like SCGMD, DJManiax, etc, let alone other impossible badges, which often take several hours, if not dozens. This is easily doable in under an hour, at least with previous experience. It would be easier if there were a setting for higher scroll speed, which would be appreciated. Good idea for a game though.

Love the concept of playing through a medley of short songs. This is as simple and forgiving as 4 key rhythm games get; the timing window is huge, there's no judgement system, and you even get some invincibility time if you miss a note. It's missing some simple features I'd expect from a modern rhythm game like custom controls and adjusting timing offset. None of the built-in key params are optimal for the vast majority of people, but XCVB is much easier to play with than arrow keys or WASD. Green Week is much harder than any of the other songs.

Just a small suggestion, xcvb is too close together and it's a bit awkward when pressing the buttons because my hand is a little big.
How about giving them a short separation? xcnm is probably a good alternative, or askl maybe?

Honestly never been good at rhythm games where both inputs are only one hand. Could only get to song 2. Not sure if my display is faster, but I seem to suck at this.

Maybe QSZD was chosen because they can be pressed simultaneously on more keyboards because they work on my laptop keyboard. I have only seen sequential arrows though.

You can also play the game with XCVB instead of the arrow keys and it makes more sense than left down up right, because the buttons are in the correct order without stacked keys. The game only shows the alternative keys QSZD though, which are HORRIBLE, so don't use them. I hope that there will be no simultaneous keypresses required at one point because while my mechanical keyboard can handle it, most built-in laptop keyboards and cheap membrane keyboards can't handle it.

I got the BOTD and the medium badge in 5 minutes. The next song was crazy though, so I failed. Maybe the songs get harder over time or maybe it's just completely random and the hard song could be the first song. Better to get it out of the way quickly and then coast towards the hard badge.

Managed silver, but finding gold impossible: a few songs (starting around song 15-19) just have way too many notes, too fast, to complete

I just realized some arrows have to clicked 2-3 times... thats why I was failing.. I clicked them once... thank god for the pause tip

I just got the easy badge for only hitting P for a minute. Ty Kabuya fro that tip :D
... but whoever not only badged this, but also made it a Badge Of The Day must hate Kong players :P

MY APPOLOGIES for the earlier rant about key options. YES THERE IS a keyset of X C V B which is **SO MUCH BETTER** than arrows or WASD.

songs are randomized... sometimes you get something ultra hard as first/second and sometimes on 15 ;-; medium badge is all about luck
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
the second song for me is almost always so hard lol i can only get 3 if i get lucky (tho the only rhythm(?) game i really played is gd...)
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Starts off way too difficult and there is one song that is too fast with too many inputs at once I ALWAYS fail.
Rythym wise it's great and the controls are responsive.

The order of songs is random which affects the difficulty of the easy badge by a lot. So if you're finding it too hard just keep trying until you get five easy songs in a row.
