Wondering how much truth I need to be able to even out my land and footprint... Right now, my land is 17.7, while my footprint is 327. Talk about a messy system.

DEVELOPER SAID (on calculations):culture power = (W * A * J * I)^(1/4) where W = wealth, A = availability, J = Joy, and I = identity.
Isn't that a unneccessarily complicated formula if all 4 are weighted the same? (W+A+J+I)/4 would yield a comparable and simpler result? or is there a different reasoning for this. I only thought that a simpler calculation would help here, seeing the game hab many variables and calculations in place

Refreshed the game to get the update and all my values are screwed up... cannot progress at all. Says I have 178420 Local Service Company, can't buy Regional Commodities group (@35K) b/c not enough LSC. Happening on all the screens

In addition to the previous post: seems all my income was from systems. Is it intented that systems income can't be spent on truth? If so, I did not locate a bug.

Bug located: You cannot buy truth buildings (and presumably any buildings that drain wealth) if your income is only higher than the requirement because of truth/research. In this case I can't buy the Altar of Truth (-25k wealth per second) even though I make 365k per second.

So. Either the missions don't work. Or I just have no idea wth my "core" wealth or "core" vision is.
I currently gain 328K qc/s Wealth, which should be more than enough for the "Base of Operation" mission. But it's not available.
My Hypothesis to this:
I have to actually start the game new on a different slot because some flag wasn't yet set which is only set at or near the beginning so that I currently can't do missions.

Using Partial buy eats up 25% of my CPU, while non partial 10k buy is instantly done. So in short, don't use partial buy for anything you want to buy above 1000.

Yes, I didn't even try buying anything because my footprint was over the amount of land I had with the shift -- seems it is allowing you, while allowed me to buy some truth creating buildings. So at least at I am not completely sunk. Going to let it garner truth for a while before resetting. Balance does seem completely out the window though.

trying to buy a collaboration tower grid is phenominally irritating. Need to tag this game anti-idle if there's going to be this much clicking (yes, even with partial buy checked).

Also on 0.0.44: 1.) Footprint can exceed the land I own. I am not sure if it is intentional, but different than the logic I saw earlier. 2.) When purchasing high number 1k or 10k wealth buildings the game froze for a while like 10 - 15 seconds (probably doing some calculations on the increasing price) (OS X, Safari, most current everything)

Force seems indifferent in the current 0.0.44 version. (in the early game) While at least I need to spend a minimal amount in the other areas to keep going. The highest building I bought is a Combat Leader academy and the research multipliers take care of all the systems. I hit a wall a lot earlier right now (around 9-10 incl planets) than I would have to invest in Force again.

This is weird. As I'm playing and progressing my connected systems went down, and went back to occupied. I have no idea what actions I did made me go BACKWARDS in progress.

The first mission, when you do it, you gain +1qc but when you have another wealth upgrade, you lose your +1qc so it's completely useless

nice game.
re-implemented dependencies are great and all. but a 14.580:1 relation between "local service" and "local group trade alliance" is pretty steep. Also buying x10k packages with "allow partial" freezes pane with high CPU for a few seconds. doenst happen with stop at round numbers.

Buying high numbers of items (particularly wealth) lags the computer to a standstill. With the new/old system in place this makes the game pretty scary tedious. I fear with auto buy it will be even worse. I think you need to streamline your calculations systems or the new buying feature to deal with dependencies might break the game.

TO ALL WHO MAKE THE COMPLAINT ON LAND AND FOOTPRINT ISSUE: The large jump was most likely the game auto adding the required dependencies for your highest tier building nothing you can do about that. 2 while I have not got any active truths I assume that more truth will allow for better efficiency meaning less buildings and smaller footprint.

Okay -- does anyone have a reset save with some (but not a ton) of active truth? I could have bought a few of the second truth generator and waited a while on it from the last game but am now locked with no opportunity to buy any truth.

Tested the beginning of the game in other saveslot, I say is much easier to get production going and capturing the systems, got 3 systems 2-5 minutes each, comparing to idling for 1-3 hours. if anything i say that is probably fine for a start of the game but i would have preferred if that was slowed down by 2x, also getting the first system at least occupied that you can manage to do in 2-4 buildings gives a very significant boost in income comparing to the crawl before.

Constructive feedback: you should have waited for autobuy dependencies before restoring them in full force. Each highest level wealth building requires over 14k of the level 1 building. Dependencies make sense and add a tad to gameplay, but the combination of the chore of buying all them combined with the extreme footprint required for just 1 building? I only had 42 of the highest ones, it kicked me up to 235 footprint. Not cool.

I don't know about you guys but even with my footprint 7x land now, i actually progressed much far with just 1 day i wasn't in and this update... currently waiting for observation because all new systems got their exponential stats divided by 10 and when i discover them they are included automatically because hight culture. I don't think you can get footprint smaller that land with all the prerequisites the buildings have.

I had 10 land. I had a footprint less than that. Now I have a footprint of 235. It literally gave me 600k+ of the first wealth building for the prereqs.

Um now I occupy 51.2 units of land when I have 4.58. I had not made any truth yet -- so this is essentially going to force a full reroll.

Import seems to be broken. I exported a code an saved to a text file. I opened the text file and copied the code to import and it failed silently.

I love this game, but after unfolding a new universe, I reach the point in wealth building where I have a huge lag by buying 10k tier 1 buildings

i think there is an error whith the +1k and +10k tools, if i wanted to buy 1k of local service company, it would cost me 10.7B and to buy 10k would be 21.3B.
but if i wanted to buy 1k of region commodities group it would cost me 2.57B and 10k would be 55.4B

You know... no matter how it is changed or rearranged. If you have the dependencies, you need the option to auto-purchase the prerequisites.

I think I autocompleted all the quests on reopening the game, so hard to give proper feedback, but looks like it's going to be a great idea, maybe a sort-system or a way to collapse old quests so they don't clutter up the UI... Also, the descriptions, you are great at doing them!

There is a grammatical error in the system tab when you hover over your culture value, it says gives when I should say gives.

if i want to buy 100 local group trade alliance i need to have already bought 1458000 local service company, so even if i use +10k i would need to click 145.8 times only to local service company, it you be possible to buy the building and all its prerequisites with 1 click.

I Startet Yesterday with Playing and come back after work today and now i have a lots more of the Units (e. g. local service company: as i ended the game, i had 500, now i have 13500!!! The Problem is, that i cant destroy them to make more room and lower the foodprint. as i ended the game yesterday, i had foodprint as the land, now my footprint is nearly 8x the size.

The 12th system was auto included, nice to see not all the systems have very cultural inhabitants. They don't have much income, but a decent amount of land...Though with the reinstatment of dependencies I jumped up over 110 footprint so the 5 more land isn't a huge help xD
