I've never seen a more incorrect game description. This is the opposite of a well polished launcher game. The area you can move around inside is too small, hitboxes are bad, upgrades feel worthless, obstacles you run into all look the same, indicators for them are often misleading when they stack together, and it tries to make you waste time by falling back through the same path. 2/5

This is actually a great game. Just wondering if theirs a hotkey to skip the fall. That would be great. Great game otherwise.

@chrisrhafer: i got it by going to the moon. make sure you have finished the cutscene. if it still doesn't work, you can always report your missing badge to get it.

"Double-clicking will activate the power-ups, I found out on another site."
Or you could've read what the inventor told you.

I am a fan of biology and kind of dislike physics. So I'm ok with the idea of a monkey reaching the moon... what really bothers me is all these tropical birds hanging out in the exosphere.

Massively oversize obstacle hitboxes, minuscule pickup hitboxes, spawning obstacles directly after booster rings, claustrophobic HUD, and no camera zoom out at high speed so it's impossible to react in time. 1/5, A broken, unoriginal, ugly mess.

I don't get the ending, they discovered that there were monkeys on the moon, but when he gets there he can't find any?

Upon getting the wealthy monkey achievement before reaching moon, there should be a consolation ending where Monty just gives up all the horded bananas to get a GF.

The "Skip Landing" option is a good idea, but virtually useless when you need to be collecting all the bananas you can.

This game seemed very bland, uninteresting and un-original. it was okay but there are so many problems with it. Half the time I didn't even see the warning for an object and just immediently hit it because I was going so fast, especially right after launching from the cannon. The ruby bananas and the bird warning are way to easy to mix up and half the time I found myself going for the birds and avoiding the red bananas. Activating power up and boost should NOT be the same button. the game was just kinda terrible overall.

Okay so a monkey want to go to the moon for a girlfriend? That's not the weirdest thing and I can understand.
Also, a scientist monkey that can invent cool stuff in middle of a jungle? Well that's still acceptable because monkey are pretty smart.
Then, Monty can survive being thrown hundreds meters/feet or even miles/kilometers far into the sky, and crash down without a parachute or anything, and survived with just few wounds? Okay..... uhhh..... I've seen some worse stuff in anime.
But seriously, freaking bananas floating in the middle of the sky. Shit nigga this is catastrophe!

really fun but i think there a big problem with the falling mechanics its basically impossible to collect bananas whilst falling back down

"Monty was tired of being the only monkey that didn't have a girlfriend"
I never thought I'd relate to a monkey that well.

There is always that one person who comments about how the Badge of the Day for this week is moon themed. I am currently claiming that spot.

I'm convinced there is an algorithm that pushes the birds into your path more often than can be account for by random chance. Far more.

Cute game. Agree about it would be nice to have the magnets. Also boosters (at least early ones) do pretty much nothing.
