i must say, love the game, but sometimes the controls skip off the screen and therefore the character is forced into birds

I find this game frustrating, in a bad way. If the camera were zoomed out a bit more, this might be mildly fun. As it stands, it's a pain to navigate, and not worth recommending.

Another launch game ... nothing special... Object warnings come with distance that is not proportional to your speed. Meh 2/5

And don't by any helmets or suits. It's a waste of bananas. Unless you wanna look great when you meet your girlfriend once arrived at the moon...

Once again, the advancement of technology was spurred on by the need to impress the opposite sex. Futurama is right again!

The screen is too small and the hitboxes too large. A lack of radar makes it luck based and the fact that the only speed boosts are temporary means everything except fuel, helmets, suits, and the first few banana upgrades are of tertiary importance. Nice art, but poorly balanced gameplay. 3/5

can we get a hurry up and crash option i'm sick of knowing i'm not gonna make it but still gotta wait till i get the skip fall option.
Yes it's possible. Proof? I did it. :D But more seriously, the trick is to go carefully until you find an invicibility power up, and then, use all your boost to rush to the moon before it ends.

RED BANANA !!!! DANGER!!!
...took some flights to find out ... they are a nice snack too...
MAN!!! This downfall is painful every time ... all those bananas that fly by so fast and so close ... THAT IS PAIN
All in all ... nice little game - IRON MONKEY FOR THE WIN!

So the scientist is able to invent Nuclear Cannon Launchers and Cybernetic Propulsion Systems but he can't invent a simple parachute?!

A fun game, but it's all been done before. Great graphics, and a silly story, but other than that, there's nothing to set it apart from all the other launch games

So many launch games exists, so many twists of those could be implemented, so few unique implementations. No replay value.
On the plus side! The expensive banana upgrades. Those are a nice way to keep the income as exponential as the upgrade prices. And not being able to buy the upgrades without skipping one keeps the meta-gaming at a low level. In conclusion, the game is so so, the programming is done nicely. One bug: after you reach the moon on boosters, the booster sound hangs through the whole game until you launch again.

Ugh. There are so many launch games on Kongregate already, and damn near all of them are better designed than this one. Call this game what it really is: A quota filler.
