I made a "small" level a while ago, if anyone wants to go insane, here https://docs.google.com/document/d/157V53tg_9FbQ9sG2EGb3GiHXNmjS4bmOrHvOOH3eKVc/edit?usp=sharing Code too long for comment lol.

its actually kinda depressing that you dont actually had a choice in there... that the story shoves you on the Cat's Trail...

Cute level, arakodes. :-) At first I found it brutally difficult, but then I discovered the trick to it. I'm guessing that the people who downvoted you are those who overthought it too much and didn't have the same epiphany I did. Here, have an upvote. It won't get you back to positive, but at least now you're out of the negative.

Completely maddening at times. But I got there in the end. There was a bit on L15 and L16 that stumped me for a while. A bit tricky when you realise you have to flip the switches in a certain order or you won't get anywhere.

Very nice puzzle platform mechanic. I wish there was an on-screen indicator of how the screen moves when pressing Q/E. 95% of my deaths are from hitting the wrong button not knowing which way the screen would go.

Years of playing Valve games led me to instinctively pressing 'E' on levers. After a few broken keyboards, I think I've learned my lesson.

The game is good and a bit hard, but, after a time it become a bit more easy and harder at the same time, the game have a dark scenario and a voice saying what you need to do, a cat that is a glitch the game is awesome but the game is short you spend at least 20-30 min to complete the game, i really like long games to spend hours in it, i know this is a short game, but it can be like 30 levels, or a new game like Rotate 2 i really like it, 4 stars.
Hey, glad you enjoyed playing! The next game will probably be a bit longer and will focus a bit more on the interesting aspects of the story. I have some interesting plans for it!

I died more times changing orientation the wrong direction then I wanted then any other way. I see plenty of people complaining about needing a way to visually see that in game and yet nothing done about it...
I understand the difficulty with that, but that's just part of the way the game works. I'll try to make it a little more clear what each keys does in the next one, but I wanted to leave this game as it was intended to be.

There were honestly a few levels where I knew what to do but died numerous times just trying to make jumps and falls, and those aren't fun. But there were a lot of levels that I flipped through and looped over and over until I finally saw what to do, and those were great. In the end it was all still achievable, which is the best kind of puzzle game. 5/5
I understand, but I tried to keep the levels short enough that a system like that wouldn't be required, since choosing where to take the player back to could sometimes be a bit unpredictable at times.

This is probably…No, this IS the greatest puzzle game I ever played. 5 stars, I know I am late but, I still want to support in any way. If you made a part of this game I would greatly appreciate it, the story of this game intrigues me and I am dying to know who the person and what they were wanting. Again as always this game is great I hope you make another part to this game, thank you.
It'll be coming fairly soon, but probably not until next year since there are a few game ideas I have that I'd like to focus on before returning to this. :)

I think there should be a thing that lets you move the camera around, so that you can check and see what you're going to fall on, instead of having to memorize the layout of the level.

Y'know, it doesn't matter how many times you developers try to convince me that things like horribly limited range of vision, injecting utter paranoia into every single keypress, or *restarting the freaking level every time you get killed* are good ideas. They're not, and beating this drum a hundred, a thousand, or ten thousand times isn't going to sway me. That said, you came *pretty* close to a nerve-wracking yet ultimately somewhat rewarding high-level game...deeply flawed, but at least not a total waste of time. Until level 14. How do you get to the platform? I'm sorry, but this is impossible, and until SOMEONE shows me how to beat this, I'm giving this a well-earned 1/5. Prove me wrong!
Here's the walkthrough—I will admit that the "puzzle" there isn't the greatest, since it requires the player to step uncomfortably close to the spikes: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hQmQoz4XpNg&t=330s
That's understandable—not sure if there's much I can do better about it in the next game, but I'll at least try to improve the way it teaches the player.

Rotate. Your standard, engaging puzzle game with a mystery surrounding the story. Level design was excellent, albeit frustrating, but that's because I'm an idiot sometimes haha. Art style wasn't in-your-face obnoxious, but not boringly simplistic either. As a sound guy myself, I must commend you: good lord almighty, I loved the soundtrack to this game, absolutely loved it. The sound effects weren't annoying either, despite my numerous deaths. Only gripe: The death screen was too long. By maybe half a second at most, it felt like it wanted to give me a game over screen a few times. But no, 9.5/10 for a very well made, and simplistically immersive puzzle platformer. Well done.

And it turns out there's a way to disable that annoying auto-search feature in Firefox: From the bars menu, Preferences, General, down at the bottom under Browsing, just uncheck 'Search for text when you start typing'. Wish I'd known that a while ago.

I meant to say "one of the many qualities that sets this game apart from the rest." This game is completely unique and I support it wholeheartedly.

This game was simply amazing, I rated it five stars. However, many games such as this are really great. One of the many qualities is how active the developer still is, and how much he interacts with the community that enjoys this terrific game. If you're reading the comments while the game loads, I highly encourage playing it all the way through.

I lost like 20 minutes in lv15 to realize that i could jump and press the switch mid-air... Good job brain, good job. Very well done game sir, 5 stars.

Playing in Firefox on Linux, whenever I press 'Q' or 'E', the browser tries searching for a 'q' or 'e' on the page, the focus shifts away from the game, and the game goes into 'pause' mode. (Actually, same applies to 'S', but being unable to use 's' doesn't make the game unplayable.)
Hey, I'll try to get an update out soon to fix that, I think I just need to adjust the way it captures key press events. I meant to get an update out sooner, but I've been pretty busy—but I will have it out soon!
